Your first comment was that Allen used a poor choice of words and that “his number one priority should be the successful conclusion of the mission”.
Now you say he should pack up his troops and send them home. Pray tell how would our military have the successful conclusion of the mission if they packed up and came home before the job was done?
That is exactly what the man in the White House wants to do. Leave before the enemy is defeated!

Do try to keep up.
What I said was that IF your number one priority was really the lives and safety, then you should pack them up and send them home.
What I said was the number one priority SHOULD BE the successful conclusion of the mission.
It's not that complicated.
How great it would be to see LTC Allen West step up as Speaker of the House soon after November 2nd!
First we must do our best to see that the very best are the winners of our Florida Primary Election on August 24th. It is only 22 days away!
I can not vote for Allen from my FL District 10, but I will vote with donations to his campaign and the campaigns of other high quality Florida candidates! I want to see Florida go solid Conservative come November!
Hi friend, I know it is difficult for many to send donations with the hard times we are in. I am blessed to be able to make donations, and like you, I do what I can to help great FL candidates.
I hope folks realize that even small donations add up quickly so sending just a $10 or $20 to a candidate you like is certainly a help, and is spent wisely.
Noticed you said you are new to discussion after lurking a good while. I did the same when I first came to FR and did spend time lurking before posting. Now I am sure some Freeper friends wish I would take a little rest from talking about my favorite Veterans for Congress!:)

Democrats had better be careful of their hypocrisy. It is unfair to castigate the opposition when the person is a liberal black American, unless the same rules apply to attacks against a conservative black American.
