The ninth has made a couple decent decisions lately, but I don’t trust the liberal packed bunch. Then it will go to the Supremes, with Obama’s new pick. We’re toast.
No we’re not, Obama’s pick is replacing a reliably liberal vote. I really do think Kennedy will come down on the side of the people. It may be a 5-4 decision but I think the 5 will stand with us.
Justice Kennedy is a wild card, but the longer Bolton drags it out, the more time BO and illegals have for mischief.
