At 85, Phyllis Schlafly has still got game.
The anti-feminist founder of the conservative Eagle Forum -- who counts Barry Goldwater's 1964 White House run and the 1982 death of the Equal Rights Amendment as exquisite victories and the "internationalist" presidencies of George Bush 41 and 43 as "not helpful to the Republican party" -- hasn't mellowed one whit.
That she made abundantly clear Thursday afternoon at the Conservative Political Action Committee conference in Washington.
Lord knows she still looks great, the poufy blonde hair perfectly lacquered, the fitted tweed jacket tricked out with her signature golden eagle brooch and tiny anti-abortion baby feet, her neck encircled by three stands of pearls and a chain from which dangled a cross of gold.

“It was for all the idiots that claim executive experience is some panacea of virtue. IF that were the case, Romney would be considered the best bet going.”
Writing one line responses is about all you are good for. Unfortunately executive experience, plus electability plus conservative princples = Palin, not Romney.
He’s got a couple under his wing, unfortunately.
Don’t box me in.... Just a little on the emotional side and not thinking down the road about the consequences of many of their Utopian Fair world ideas.
Yeah, 0bama’s gonads have rendered him completely capable./ extreme dripping sarcasm
Shes entitled to her opinion, but Im still for Palin.
^^
Ditto!
^^
As for this from the piece:
I’m certain that when she ascends to Heaven, if indeed that is where she’s headed, she’ll expect St. Peter not just to hold open the Pearly Gates, but also to help her off with her coat.
&&
And the problem with that is....?
I’ll take Romeny’s plan over Palin’s on illegals. Hers is identical to McCain’s.
He has a pair?

Stick a fork in ya.
Coulter's opinion is correct - that women, especially single women, have bought into the idea that the purpose of government is to take care of people. They might as well have put a sign out: "Marxists Welcomed Here."
But long before modern single women embraced this idea, a large - really large - number of MALE politicians had to buy into it as well. It was MEN who controlled our government and who created and implemented what became known as The Great Society (FDR first, then LBJ and a host of others).
It's apparent that you (and your spouse?) have a deeply-held biblical foundation for your political beliefs. Understanding this gives perspective on your posts and comments.
Ironically, Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachman and Jan Brewer renounce the idea of government-as-caretaker. They espouse beliefs you claim to have. But if they were Steve Palin, Michael Bachman and John Brewer, you'd be all over it.
So it's not the politics that's important to you - it's the package. You tried to say that Maggie Thatcher is acceptable as a woman leader, knowing there is no one like her in our time (or for that matter, no one like RR).
I wonder what Duncan Hunter thinks about your opinions of other conservative Republicans, particularly conservative, Republican women?
And, TO take a class in ethics and TO, honesty while your at it.
Your paragraphed failed for not having enough TO’isshhes or however one says that. /s
LOL
Post on.
Excellent. Since I’m so done, all the fart sniffing worshipers will just quietly ignore my posts, like this one. Fat chance. You’ll change the subject to anything under the sun to run interference for Precious.
I’ll have to tell him when I get the chance.
Nope. You can’t wriggle off the hook that easily, especially when you lie about what happened.
Then why did Palin vow to be a champion for “special needs” kids as VP if she didn’t believe in the nanny state?
If Duncan Hunter endorses Palin at some point, pissant will have an aneurysm.
