Muslims Prepare For Pope Visit To UK July 20, 2010 Greg Burke The controversy surrounding Pope Benedicts September trip to the United Kingdom has kicked up a bit after an Islamic website invited Muslims to tell the pope just what they think of him after his insults against the Prophet Muhammad.
The Islamic Standard welcomed the change of venue for an event on the last day of the pontiffs visit, Sept. 19, from Coventry to Birmingham.
Birmingham, the second-largest city in England after London, is about 15 percent Muslim, and the website said it was a good opportunity for Muslims to confront disbelievers and to tell the pope in no uncertain terms what Muslims think of his evil slanders against the last Prophet of God and his message.
The Islamic Standard also referred to the Catholic Church as the sodomite child-molesting Church of Rome.
Pope Benedict angered Muslims on a 2006 trip to Regensburg, Germany, in which during a long, academic discourse he quoted a Byzantine emperor who said, Show me just what Muhammad brought that was new and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached.

Religious orders are 'targetted' by pedophiles because of a very simple truth. If you are a pedophile you go where the kids are. Both Protestant and Catholic churches have a incidence of between 1.5 and 5%, depending on whose statistics you believe and how far back you go.
Which is very bad, except that it's lower by at least half than the figures for schools abuse. And perhaps much lower than the schools rate.
According to a draft report commissioned by the U.S. Department of Education, in compliance with the 2002 "No Child Left Behind" act signed into law by President Bush, between 6 percent and 10 percent of public school children across the country have been sexually abused or harassed by school employees and teachers.
Charol Shakeshaft, the Hofstra University scholar who prepared the report, said the number of abuse caseswhich range from unwanted sexual comments to rapecould be much higher.
"So we think the Catholic Church has a problem?" she told industry newspaper Education Week in a March 10 interview.
To support her contention, Shakeshaft compared the priest abuse data with data collected in a national survey for the American Association of University Women Educational Foundation in 2000. Extrapolating data from the latter, she estimated roughly 290,000 students experienced some sort of physical sexual abuse by a school employee from a single decade1991-2000. That compares with about five decades of cases of abusive priests.
Such figures led her to contend that "the physical sexual abuse of students in schools is likely more than 100 times the abuse by priests".
Pretty hairy stuff. But even the pedophiles in the NEA don't flaunt this stuff in public, unless you count all the 'sexting'.
Child brides and full-mouth-to-mouth-in-the-mosque: there's your world-beating pedophile organisation.
“Wow! Great quote from St Aquinas.
And true.
Aquinas had a higher IQ after being dead than the Mohammedthing had at the height of his schoolboy existence,”
St. Thomas Aquinas had a higher IQ than all so-called, self-proclaimed Islamic “scholars” that have existed from the illiterate camel swapper Mohammed to the present day put together.
Oh so predictable from you.
Obviously you're going to believe what you want to.
But your original claim was that it's practiced by many but kept secret by those in power.
If you don't mind my asking, if it's kept secret, where do you get your data to support your claim of "thousands", which from what I can tell seems to be an assumption on your part...which leads to an assumption on my part that your motives a shaded by your personal opinions.
Please correct me if I'm wrong in that assumption...or ignore me if you're tired of talking about this. :>)
You get very similar percentages among other groups that work with children - all except one.
The rate amoung teachers in America is easily double that of the child-centred youth groups and ministries. There the rate more than doubles (to >7%)
The pedophilia incidence in SOCIETY is ~ 2.5%. This is the baseline.
So child-centric ministries have - maybe - a statistically greater incidence than society as a whole. Which, if true, is unsuprising. Child-centric ministries attract pedophiles because that's where the children are. This is the same reason why e.g. oil rigs have an atypically low rate of pedophilia.
It's shameful to have any pedophiles infiltrating Christian churches, but nobody needs to be hanging their heads in front of the NEA. And no-one on earth - even the NEA - should be afraid of taking shots at the Muslims.
Did you know that Muslims get a hundred virgins, not 72?
72 of them are lubricious female houris. The other 28 are little boys.
Now tell the thread we shouldn't be throwing stones.
Too bad that, given the opportunity on this thread, this anger toward the Catholic Church isn’t displayed toward Islam.
To me, the Pope is just another man.
But I have to say, that comment contains a lot of misguided reasoning and hostility.
Are you going to reply to these statistics, or just shriek inanities at the rest of the thread?
Well, time for bed here in GMT-land. Good night to all .
As opposed to the Child Molesting FOUNDER of Islam!
***What a puny little god Allah is that he needs mobs of angry people to fight his battles for him.***
Jdg 6:31 And Joash said unto all that stood against him, Will ye plead for Baal? will ye save him? he that will plead for him, let him be put to death whilst [it is yet] morning: if he [be] a god, let him plead for himself, because [one] hath cast down his altar.

Rules are rules.
Defending children who have been sexually abused isn’t religious bigotry.
You’ve gone quite beyond that in your conduct. The sex abuse thing is just your favorite club against not only the Catholic Church, but individual Catholics who stand up to your antics.
And nice attempt at trying to change the subject, but I'm not going to let you.
Whatever you say Pyro, I’m just an anti-Catholic bigot. Not children were ever harmed by Catholic clergy, the Vatican never covered it up.
Bless the Pope, Hail Mary, Holy, Holy, Holy, etc...
Have I ever said that? Nope, that's just you putting words in mouth. As I said before, "Youve gone quite beyond that in your conduct. The sex abuse thing is just your favorite club against not only the Catholic Church, but individual Catholics who stand up to your antics."
Bless the Pope, Hail Mary, Holy, Holy, Holy, etc
Yeah, keep on digging.
