“Stupid voters, America’s nemesis”

Goes way beyond stupid. There are many very intelligent and well educated folks who ardently support Dems. Begin at stupid and then add depraved, debauched, degenerate, decadent, evil, hateful, etc.

Approval of Obama drops to 28 percent in new Arizona poll
Arizona Daily Star ^ | July 17, 2010 | Howard Fischer
FR Posted July 19, 2010 by RobinMasters

PHOENIX - Excerpt- Most Arizonans no longer think Barack Obama is doing a decent job as president. A new Behavior Research Poll released Sunday shows that nearly four out of every 10 Arizonans now rate Obama's performance as poor or very poor. That's up 5 points from the same survey taken in January.

What's different is that the number of those who think he's doing an excellent or good job has plummeted. Three months after taking office, fully 51 percent of Arizonans gave Obama positive ratings, even though the state went for hometown favorite John McCain in the 2008 election.

A year into office, that had slid to 40 percent. But by the time pollster Earl de Berge conducted this latest survey, between June 30 and July 11, only 28 percent of Arizonans were willing to say they like the job he's doing. According to de Berge, much of that slide tracks with a separate poll he does asking Arizonans about their views on the economy and current job market conditions. Rest at azstarnet.com ...

Looks like the Democratic party better start lining up the Black Panthers to man the polling stations in white districts. It seems to be okay with the Att General Dick Holder. I know it’s Eric but Dick sounds better.

Republican Plan A -- Get out the vote, campaign hard, hold the Dems accountable, and try to convince the majority of voters that we can do a better job.

If the Dems "magically" hold on to power through "unexpectedly" high Dem voter turnout, the Republicans have to have a fall-back position:

Republican Plan B -- Call for revolution and widespread civil disobedience.

GOP Sees Path to Control of Senate
Wall Street Journal, NAFTALI BENDAVID
FR Posted Sunday, July 18, 2010 by Pan_Yan

WASHINGTON--(Excerpt--Democrats for the first time are acknowledging that Republicans could retake the Senate this November if everything falls into place for the GOP, less than two years after Democrats held a daunting 60-seat majority. Leaders of both parties have believed for months that Republicans could win the House, where every lawmaker faces re-election. But a change of party control in the Senate, where only a third of the members are running and Republicans must capture 10 seats, seemed out of the question.

That's no longer the case. The emergence of competitive Republican candidates in Wisconsin, Washington and California—Democratic-leaning states where polls now show tight races—bring the number of seats that Republicans could seize from the Democrats to 11. Democrats now control the Senate 59-41—after the death of Democratic Sen. Edward M. Kennedy, who was replaced by Republican Sen. Scott Brown—including two independents who usually vote with them. That means Republicans need 10 seats to take a 51-49 advantage.

Republicans would have to win virtually every competitive race to retake the Senate, without losing any seats of their own—clearly an uphill climb. The trouble for Democrats is that many trends are against them. Surveys show that Republicans are more motivated than Democrats to go to the polls, and that voters are looking for new leadership in Congress.

"I think there is definitely a chance" of losing the Senate, said Democratic strategist Gary Nordlinger, a Washington-based media consultant. "I wouldn't call it a probability, but there is certainly a chance." "Republicans still have to [win] all the competitive races in order to get to a majority, but at least there are enough seats on the table to pull it off," said Nathan Gonzales, political editor of the non-partisan Rothenberg Political Report. Well, I for one, won’t be shocked if the Communists do well, in November.

I’d guess around half the country is now “good” with socialism, or more accurately, has little understanding of either its historical record of abysmal failure, or its full economic and societal implications, beyond sticking it to the “rich”.

they will come up with some stunningly brazen Populist move (forgive 2/3 of student loan debt, cap credit card interest rates at 15%, declare a foreclosure moratorium, send out $5000 checks to the bottom 50.1% of income earners, etc.) that will swing a lot of sway-able votes to their side.
