Effective Immediately, Tea Party Express Is No Longer a Member of the National Tea Party Federation
Date: Sat, 17 Jul 2010 at 3:43pm
Last night, the members of the National Tea Party Federation participating in an "All Hands" conference call unanimously decided the following:
The membership of the National Tea Party Federation has this evening suspended and will immediately expel Tea Party Express from any further association with the Federation should they fail to publicly rebuke Mark Williams and remove him from their ranks by 3 pm eastern time Saturday July 17.
The rebuke must take the following form:
1. Mark Williams must be officially removed from the ranks of the Tea Party Express.
2. Notice of Mark Williams' removal must be placed prominently on the official Tea Party Express website.
3. Tea Party Express must issue a press release articulating points 1 and 2 above.

Last night, a member of the National Tea Party Federation communicated our decision directly to a member of the leadership team of Tea Party Express. That leader's response was clear: they have no intention of taking the action we required for their group to continue as a member of the National Tea Party Federation.
Therefore, effective immediately the National Tea Party Federation is expelling Tea Party Express from the ranks of our membership.

. . . and are mad enough to get their bodies out the door to go to a protest when they may have never been to a protest before.
This Christian Botteri is a real estate agent in Sacramento CA. Google also shows that this Nat’l. Tea Party Federation was created out of thin air in April by what is apparently a bunch of yahoos wanting to take advantage of a grassroots movement to establish themselves as “leaders” of some sort of organization that will dictate. Just Google the NTPF or try their site at thenationalteapartyfederation.com
Mark Williams was one of two white guys on a program tonight on FNC, where about 8 or so others were racists and race baiters of color, including the show’s host Geraldo. There was the VP of the NAACP, Al Sharpton, Shabazz, some guy from the Urban League and others.
I screamed myself hoarse yelling at the TV so much!!
That convention was really stupid.
really need a mod on here to confirm this national tea party federation is a bunch of baloney...go to the front page of Freep- Tea Party Express are the main organizers...
these are like the radical leftists leaving MoveOn because they did not get their way...
That is something that people do not understand these days. Now it is always my way or the highway. I have no idea what this person supposedly has done but the timing of this group is bad in the extreme.
>> Does anybody else roll their eyes when they see tea party capitalized
It’s a label too convenient for the Left.
The Left and the MSM are working overtime to find vulnerabilities and punch holes.
Does anybody else roll their eyes when they see tea party capitalized, as if its a real, trademarked organization with leaders, etc.?

Yes. What was the first bit in the Alinsky dogma for character assassination?
“Pin it”, as I recall.
Who says Fox has no one on other than Right-wing conservatives?
Glad you caught that I had included Whorealdo as a racist and race baiter! lol
Of course the drama queen Shep Smith is a flaming liberal, as well, along with Leis Weihl (I gave up on trying to spell her name a long time ago!), Bob Beckel, Alan Colmes, Marc Hill, Juan Williams, on and on...
That’s true.
This woman needs to get a clue. No one in the tea party answers to her alone. I have never heard of her.
The Southeastern Sloth Tea Party Consortium is hereby giving notice that the National Tea Party Federation will be disavowed unless they bring me no less than six (6) gallons of Blue Bell ice cream.
Repetitive negative stereotyping of groups of people is a very effective tactic to marginalize them. (Ask blacks, Jews, Latinos, Asians, Christians, Southerners ... on and on).

This stunt also takes the focus off of the malfeasance and breaches of duty at the corrupt DOJ.

I was a member of the Tea Party before anyone knew what it was-and so was everyone else who supports it now.
Most people refer to the first Tea Party as being in April 2009. But, I was on the steps of the capitol in Atlanta in February of 2009.
But, those of us who understand what the Tea Party represents know FULL WELL we became Tea Party Patriots November of 2008, because WE researched this POS before he was elected, unlike the idiots that put him in office.
WE’RE the “leaders” of the Tea Party—NO ONE ELSE.
Fox has plenty of liberal/Democratic contributors, but as far as I know only Geraldo and Shep have their own shows and Shep’s is a newscast not commentary (though he blurs that line some time).
Since when do we censor our own people? Sounds like this Federation is afraid of the racist label just like every other Conservative White.

This article identifies/describes 3 factions within the TEA Party Movement.
The author refers to them as; "The RNC Front Org Faction, The Profiteer Faction, The "My Way or the Highway" Faction"

New Tea Party Federation Aims To Unite Movement -- But One Key Group Stays Away 4-9-10
An organizer of February's National Tea Party Convention has launched a new effort to unite the fractious Tea Party movement. But one major Tea Party faction isn't on board.
A coalition of Tea Party groups yesterday (4-8-10) announced the formation of the National Tea Party Federation (NTFP), saying it will aim to act as a "clearinghouse" for Tea Party groups, and promote the goals of fiscal responsibility, constitutionally limited government, and free markets."
Mark Skoda, a Tea Party leader from Memphis, is serving as the chief spokesman for the effort, and appears to have played a leading role in putting it together. Skoda, working closely with Judson Phillips of Tea Party Nation, had helped organize and promote February's convention, at which Sarah Palin delivered the keynote speech and which enjoyed widespread media coverage.
Also part of the new coalition is the Tea Party Express, the brainchild of a team of California Republican political consultants.
But one prominent group, the Tea Party Patriots (TPP), doesn't appear to be joining the party. Jenny Beth Martin, a leader of TPP noted to TPMmuckraker that her group already considers itself the largest grassroots Tea Party organization, and said it hadn't been involved in planning the new federation. TPP had also stayed away from February's convention.

The site, affiliations and actions have changed in the two months since I did extensive research on these groups. They had planned a "Unity Convention" in Las Vegas for this week-end, but I see they delayed the event.
Mark Williams was also on the steps of the Capital on Feb 27th 2009, in Sacramento. His goal is the same as ours. I have been on vacation for about 10 days and this is the first I have heard of this. I stand behind Him , He is after the same thing we here at FR are so I say whoever this broad is has a personal problem and its not Mark Williams. Sacramento insiders have a problem with Him every since they had Him removed from His radio Show out of here.
