You haven’t answered my question........ I’ll ask you again. How many loved ones have you lost to a drunk driver?

Don’t bother asking elk any serious questions. He won’t answer you.

He is the biggest pro-drunk driving advocate you never hope to meet on the highway.

And he won’t deny it.

Many to reckless drivers whether drunk or not.

There have always been laws against reckless driving, why single out one particulat catecgory?

Now that the laws have made it impossible to either drink or transport booze, our overlords are working on the cell phone.

Elk won't answer, but I will to further the discussion. Even though I feel the questions is irrelevant.

I have lost no loved ones due to DUI. I have never had a DUI. I haven't had a drink in years either.

I believe that DUI laws (and many others) are used as revenue collection.
