There have always been laws against reckless driving, why single out one particulat catecgory?
Now that the laws have made it impossible to either drink or transport booze, our overlords are working on the cell phone.
So in your mind I am for “reckless driving” but against “drunk driving”. LOL! You said in NM you can't buy booze and take it home to drink it? I guess you are up that well known creek without a paddle. Maybe you can find a liquor store that delivers. That's the ticket..... I have solved your dilemma!
