I have never gotten justice my whole life. All I want is this to stop.

Then you have to plead guilty, pay for 2 days in jail, pay for counseling, pay for DWI school, attend the MADD mom's live theatre, pay for people to search your home, vehicle and person, pee in a jar whenever you are asked, pay for an ignition interlock for a year and have to explain all of this to current and prospective employers for the rest of your life.

Fight it. No one gets convicted of DUI in this state unless convincing evidence is brought to the courtroom that you were drunk, and a cop's word doesn't cut it. Positive blood-work or a very positive Breathalyzer is required (judges here have been tossing Breathalyzer results because they realize, finally, that they aren't accurate).

You may even have a claim against that county (which won't be named for reasons known only to those who know why). This states populace is beginning to take a dim view of government overstepping its bound in areas that they shouldn't, and a dim view of the government ignoring its true responsibilities.

It will cost you a few bucks for a shyster.. er, lawyer, but you will not be convicted of DUI. And suing the towing company and impound lot isn't out of the question.
