Good point. Horrible acts by irresponsible people, namely drunk drivers killing innocent people, justify more horrible act by corrupt people, namely thugcops abusing the law to make money for themselves and their cronies by making false DUI arrests.
Just like horrible acts by irresponsible people, namely thugs killing innocents with guns, justifies statists banning guns.
