A new US assessment of Venezuela's oil reserves could give the country double the supplies of Saudi Arabia.

Since Hugo nationalized the oil biz, production has fallen every year.
Because Hugo has nationalized the oil biz, nobody is going to help him get it out of the ground. (maybee the chinese, but their cut will be bigger than the capitalist’s cut was)
The oil will stay underground until Hugo is underground.
