Police say that 17,000 women are victims of honor killing in Great Britain every year.I sympathise with the article, but that's nonsense.
17,000 women are victims of ird-related violence in the UK each year: and a percentage of this is murder. There are not 17000 ird killings a year in the UK

In America we have to run ads against a religon that believes in murder,
Is this what the Founders meant when they wrote of the right to practice your faith in freedom??
I don’t think so.

God bless the courage of these people who run the organization and protect those who wish to leave Islam.

I dont think so.I was always taught that freedom ends when it violates another's right to life , liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The mistake our society is making is in seeing islam as a religion and not as the death cult that it is.

Indeed, we might be in a a mess over here but 17,000 such killings is a fantasy figure. Thanks for pointing that out.

The article linked from that “17,000” figure is about honor-related violence, which is bad enough but not all murders by any means (but, yes, one such murder is way too many, and all the beatings and forced marriages and associated crap is hideous, too)
Meanwhile, another thread indicates that Elena Kagan’s Harvard Law School accepted $20 million from Saudi barbarians to establish a program in Islamic “Sharia” law (so-called law)..... so we have the lofty authorities of Harvard Law School now promoting and honoring “Sharia” law idiocies while young girls are being beaten, murdered, and/or forced into unwanted marriages, etc.
Yes, western civilization is under ASSAULT, both from without and from within...... seeing people like the Obamas and Kagan and Holder take over the highest “legal” authorities in our nation is truly terrifying under these circumstances!!

The founders never imagined in their wildest dreams that the ancient enemy of western civilization would move in and run the place.

I was in Chicago over the weekend and saw this on some of the taxis downtown. I was pretty surprised, as I did not know the campaign had been started there.
