Gulf Oil Crisis is Getting Worse, Not Better
The Heritage Foundation ^ | July 6th, 2010 | Ernest Istook

"It’s approaching 80 days and each day the oil cleanup falls farther behind."

...

"The feds and BP take turns pointing fingers at each other, but both are at fault for the slow-paced response to the original spill. But unless the Obama Administration removes bureaucratic barriers and red tape, BP cannot do what it should."

...

"It’s also our Environmental Protection Agency that Dutch oil spill experts first identified as the problem."

It's the oil stupid! It's the borders stupid! It's the Constitution stupid! Man is Obama really this dense?! He seems totally clueless on every single issue. At this rate we'll need to wait for the next president to fix the oil leak after we kick Obama's socialist corrupt inept ass out of office in November 2012. HOW CAN ONE MAN BE SO INCOMPETENT!? It seems everyone in the Obama administration is hopeless at actually solving problems. Oh but they all went to ivy league schools some day. Just shows a degree doesn't mean squat if you lack common sense, leadership and problem solving skills. SHAME ON YOU OBAMA! Can you imagine if this happened during Bush's watch? Every mainstream rag and talking head would be blasting him 24x7. But as usual the media hardly criticizes Obama even as the problem is getting worse! DISGUSTING!

He was hoping that by voting “present” this thing would get fixed.

Obama: “This issue is sooooo yesterday”

And I’m not joking, he has MOVED ON Gulf Coast.

He broke the Peter Principle. Promoted way beyond his level of incompetance.

This display of complete incompetence by the Zer0 Regime reminds me of a crew of slackers too busy getting high and using Air Force One as the party plane.

Maybe some routine drug testing would be a first step.

Most hard working Americans are drug tested. Why not our government officials?

Meanwhile on Wall St., for reasons unknown to the rational world, BP’s stock price skyrocketed over $1.25/ share on no good news at all!

Yes, he has moved on; to killing old people and welfare recipients.

Why doesn't BP just start advertising that they will pay $50.00 for every barrel of skimmed oil and unleash American ingenuity? They would get the oil and the people on the Gulf Coast would get jobs. Sounds like a win-win to me.

Yes, because we do nothing. Our founders would be ashamed. Obama has declared war on the Southern Gulf States and nobody cares. He has declared war on AZ and people just shake their heads in disgust. That want save us from slavery. The country has moved on from the oil spill and are back watching TV sitcoms and drinking beer. We give our country away without even a whimper.

Obama is not clueless. This is the Marxist plan and it's working out well. He must destroy the USofA financially in any manner possible. His Mama and his grandparents [the White Ones] trained him to hate the USofA. He's a Marxist through and through.

Just as McCain AND REPUBLICANS failed to inquire about Obama's Eligibility when the Democrats attacked McCain's, Republicans will not insist on an investigation of the Black Panther threats against White Voters. WHY? Because RESEARCH just might turn up information that Obama was a member of the Black Panthers. HE PRACTICALLY ADMITS TO IT IN HIS BOOK! He chose his friends by their political beliefs. He chose blacks for friends. ERGO . . . it's not that hard a stretch to suggest that Barry Soetoro was active in the Black Panthers [or similar] while at Occidental.

99% of the Republicans do not have the cajones to push the issue. They're WIMPS. The Senators are afraid to offend their donors. Repeal the 17th Amendment! Voters must start paying attention of whom they vote for in their State Legislatures. These . . . expletive Liberals . . . don't just suddenly happen, they move up the political grapevine from local town/city/county elected office to Federal Government. And they were just as obnoxious in their first political position as they are now in Congress!

WAKE UP AMERICA!

sadly you are so correct with that insight. The Gulf can stay an oily soupy mess and he doesnt give a S**T. Neither does BP. Zero focus is on immigration now and sticking it to Arizona when he has time away from the links.

Well, Joe did say that we wouldn't like some of the administration's decisions.

The administration may find out that they don't much like *our* decisions, either.

It makes me sick. Now I’m hearing that the supposed clean up is destroying the few nesting areas still viable.

I don’t want to bad mouth the clean up workers although they are getting $300. a day.

Had a guy talking about his Bro, he has it planned, he needs 25,000, so he will work until then.
It’s a crappy job, but it’s not for fun, it’s for the Gulfs survival.

OMG, how are we going to survive this nightmare in the WH.

>>We are so screwed!<<

Which is why I bought my farm in Kentucky just before he was elected and moved virtually everything I own to that location just last week.
