WHAT WE KNOW A dozen or so GOP Senators are going to roll over and vote to confirm Kagan to the SCOTUS.

She literally changed the wording of a statement from doctors to the government. It’s called fraud.

This twit needs to be filibustered. She's pretty much a self-declared liberal activist judge that wants to rewrite the Constitution. If the roles were reversed the Dems would be filibustering, I'll guarantee you that.
I'm fairly certain the spineless Republican leadership will vote to confirm although they had showed signs of growing a pair during the health care debacle.

makes no difference, GOP is cowering under the desk afraid of being branded the PARTY OF NO, and how that will affect elections in Nov. It appears so hopeless on certain days that it is hard to be optimistic - WE NEED LEADERSHIP WITH A PAIR AND NOT AFRAID OF SHOWING THEM!!!!!!!!!

I sent this story to Senator Sessions this morning. I heard Rush discuss it today. I am not getting any warm fuzzies that this will make any difference. We will have to wait and see if anything new comes up in the hearings.

Another pure political hack for the SCOTUS. If there has ever been a case where Republicans need to use every method available to keep someone off the court, this is it. But we have the Graham, Hatch, and Maine, etc., problems, along with who knows many others.
It's critical to gain enough seats in the Senate this year so that we aren't constantly hamstrung by this handful of RINOs.

The Supreme Court nominations are a place where Republican candidates are grilled on their views on abortion and democrat candidates are never asked about abortion because everyone knows that a democrat president would never incur the wrath of the militant feminazis.

There IS no factual basis to support Partial Birth Abortion as beneficial to a woman's health. She is NOT a doctor. The only one who benefits from PBA is the abortionist. His job is a little easier, quicker, probably less expensive and eliminates the possibility that a live child emerges from this “procedure”. Kagan is a hard-core liberal feminazi who, if confirmed, will stop at nothing until abortion, anytime, anywhere, anyhow is the law of the land - forever.

Challenge:
Please cite a situation in which stopping the birth contraction long enough to kill the baby and then completing the delivery, is safer for the mother than simply not interfering with the live delivery.

Kagan committed fraud in the case of the partial birth abortion phrasing. That is a crime that resulted in the Supreme Court being deceived on a major decision. I have seen the photos of HER notes. It's damning. We need to unite on this and demand that a clear-cut criminal felony case exists, and she cannot sit on a court because of it. Sing like the Hallelujah chorus-in UNISON: “She's committed fraud. She cannot be a judge!” Make it your mantra.

Sen. Orrin Hatch is a middle of the road rhino that tends to lean to the left often and wonders why everyone just don’t try to get along. She will get his vote...#@$%^&*()
