There IS no factual basis to support Partial Birth Abortion as beneficial to a woman's health. She is NOT a doctor. The only one who benefits from PBA is the abortionist. Kagan committed fraud in the case of the partial birth abortion phrasing. That is a crime that resulted in the Supreme Court being deceived on a major decision. I have seen the photos of HER notes.
