There IS no factual basis to support Partial Birth Abortion as beneficial to a woman's health. She is NOT a doctor. The only one who benefits from PBA is the abortionist. His job is a little easier, quicker, probably less expensive and eliminates the possibility that a live child emerges from this “procedure”. yup - the procedure was not developed by real doctors, but by bottom-of-the barrel losers who couldn’t hack real medicine so they went into the baby killing business.

Surviving babies complicate things. As Obama has pointed out - it can be a real burden trying to figure out what to do with a living baby after you’ve tried so hard to kill it.

These folks needed a surefire way to make sure those babies were absolutely positively definitely dead before they fully emerged.
