Kagan committed fraud in the case of the partial birth abortion phrasing. That is a crime that resulted in the Supreme Court being deceived on a major decision. I have seen the photos of HER notes. It's damning. We need to unite on this and demand that a clear-cut criminal felony case exists, and she cannot sit on a court because of it. At the very least it certainly is dishonest and reveals a total lack of character and disregard for decency.

And that’s besides the obvious point that she is AOK with knifing babies in the neck but finds an honest and medically accurate statement from obstetricians to be “disasterous”
