Wondering how this one will play out? At what point do they DNA the pants...and is permission needed from Gore?
Unless they surreptitiously get his DNA from something else, (I'd love to say a used ciggie butt, haha), then a swab would be necessary. Either he volunteers it or is ordered to provide, but that would require a judge, court action, if she's not pressing charges but it just looking to make it a media story, then I don't know if there is any way to force the issue.
