Lindsay made me want to puke.

This woman, based on her deeds and writings, is a communist.

It’s probably a kangaroo court (no pun intended) but it will be revealing to see how Brown has sold out.

She sent financial contributions to groups aligned with pro-abortion agendas.
She criticized regulations keeping American tax dollars from paying for pro-abortion programs.
She tried to silence critics of activist judges, actually calling the critics “irresponsible”!
She recommended President Clinton support a phony ban on partial birth abortion, in spite of her belief it would be unconstitutional.
She argued that federal funding for pregnancy-related programs should be completely off limits to religious groups.
She expressed a belief that making physician-assisted suicide a federal crime would be “a fairly terrible idea.”
She supported cloning of human embryos for research.

I would like to hear one Republican ask the question: “Do you believe in the rule of law, or the rule of man?”

Senator Cornyn is speaking of the traditional Constitution as in the meaning and intent when it was written vs. a living breathing Constitution and where activists judges change its meaning year after year.

Kagan is dressed in apologetic blue.

How can we get a copy of the written statement.
The fat toad said that the Supreme Court is limited.

That the “people” (ie: elections)have power over the Supreme Court.

She never ONCE mentioned the CONSTITUTION.

The people of SC will bear a lot of the responsibility for the Kagan nomination. I wish voters there were more informed. For that matter, I wish voters in fifty states were more informed, but it is not to be.

OK. Leftists always say they want every institution to ‘look like America’. Their excuse for appointing sub-par Cabinet Secretaries, etc. What do you think the lesbian population might be in the USA? Certainly not 2 of 9. Obama doesn’t care what Americans want in any area of his job. He is sticking it to the country he hates. Can any legal scholar on this board find impeachment grounds yet?

PS-Kagan has NEVER been a judge and she is up for the SCOTUS??? Mindboggling!

Kagan...(I think a little Alinsky treatment is in order.(How about a dash of ridicule?)That is one ugly broad. If she gets in (shudders...) she needs to keep her black robe up around her head.

Wondering if she and Jon Lovitz were separated at birth?? Inquiring minds want to know! (snickerrrr...)The likeness is uncanny...
