Glenn Beck was just on O'Reilly and O'Reilly painted him as a total cook, mocking his new book promotion, and for talking about Woodrow Wilson and so on, it really ticked me off. He's very condescending towards Beck and I could sense Glenn Beck felt it to, I wish Beck would take O'Reilly to task, it really ticked me off. Did anybody catch it?

That’s not a bad idea. Guy does the food section and Glenn does the customers section(interviewing, just talking about news events)and they meet at the end, eating talking laughing and all around fun at the diner, dive, or drive-in
O’Reilly is only half as smart as he thinks he is and a lot of times comes off smug not to mention his somewhat wishy washy moral compass. However all that aside his annoying attempts to be ‘fair’ or I dunno loved by the enemy is what turned me off his show.
I guess Rush was right again, he is the one none of the others can compare to, so thank goodness he’s not interested in making friends with the enemy but wants them uterly defeated.

Maybe — like Chris Matthews — he gets tingles up his leg.

No, I mean rational. I`m not a kid who gets bored if things aren`t overly emotional and teary-eyed. Intelligent discussion is intellectually stimulating; hystrionics are for those slow people who need drama when they should be thinking.
O'Reilly does not like that Beck is getting bigger than him he (is).

That`s why Limbaugh has it all over these others—he has the intellectual weight AND the passion. O`Reilly has his moments but too often he comes across as seeking controversy, where Rush doesn`t give a damn if he`s perceived as controversial—THAT is why he freaks out the left, he`s genuine. While I`ve liked some of what I read in Beck`s book, he comes off as a clown who just succeeds at what O`R tries to do. I find both of them to be showmen who fake what comes naturally to Limbaugh.

Can barely watch O’Reilly anymore. He constantly excuses and plays up to Obama and often treats guests who comment negatively on Obama like idiots. Its the behavior of one appeasing the alligator in hopes it will eat him last and it is disgusting to watch.

I’m sure glad to hear that. A number of years ago I was at a social event and exclaimed to one of the guests that they were sure serving decent pizza. I was matter of factly told that it was quiche. I had to respond that I hadn’t graduated from couth school.
