The violent left has attacked conservative activists protesting big government, big spending and big bailout scheme proposed by Congress. Tea Party activists in Tampa and St. Louis were beaten by left wing activists earlier this year. Add Greensboro to that list. This week, a group of local citizens in North Carolina protesting the Financial Reform bill and the Durbin BP Bailout amendment were accosted and then physically attacked by a left-wing activist who blamed George Bush for America’s ills.
The courageous democratic bully dares to push a woman around and then runs anway?
A bit of friendly advice: Memorize and rehearse the following phrase, “I feel (felt) my life is (was) in danger (, officer)”. And don’t forget to combine with regular practice at the nearest gun range. Oh, and using targets in some shade of the color purple might be good idea too. There’s nothing like training eye, hand, and muscle memory in advance for a comfortable and confident Tea Party experience.
I recommend carrying a less-than-lethal weapon such as a stun gun or pepper spray for situations which warrant defense but not lethal self defense.

Sometimes a violent retaliation is necessary. If the guy had touched my wife he’d be on life support at best.
The Leftists will push the Americans (Constitution-loving REAL Americans) just once too often, and the battle will begin. The "HAVES" vs. the "HAVE NOTS" is where we're headed.
I agree. The louder and more effective the Tea Party becomes then the more they are seen as an enemy that needs to be squashed. It wouldn’t surprise me if they started hurting (severely) tea party demonstrators. Of course, the Justice Department will completely ignore it.
Listen up, people: these kinds of confrontations must be dealt with AGGRESSIVELY. Saying “Please, sir, stop pushing my wife” while some thug is bitch-slapping you is not going to do a thing for our cause. The correct response is to say “Please, sir, stop pushing my wife” as you address the son-of-a-bitch’s prone, semi-conscious, form laying on the concrete. If you don’t know how to fight, learn (boxing, karate, etc.). If you don’t own a firearm, get one. ASAP.

Simple. This is North Carolina, and state law specifically prohibits anybody from carrying a firearm to any parade or demonstration.
Greensboro has a history of deadly political conflict within my own memory. Conservative protestors have a tendency as a result to walk on eggshells to avoid even the remotest comparison to 1979. The comparisons are made anyway, wrongheaded though they are.
They up and surprised me by very recently electing a fairly conservative mayor the last go 'round, so maybe there's hope for that old Quaker town, that haven of tolerance named for a lapsed Quaker General in the Revolutionary War, the site of that historic turning point, the Battle of Guilford Courthouse.

Yep, the regime of Chicago thugs are probing and poking all over the country. They are sending minorities to do their dirty work. You touch them, you argue with them, you answer their swearwords, you defend your self or your spouse, et voila... racism, lawsuits or just leave and break up the rally will accomplish the task.
Now, when one of the thugs is hurt, a potential retaliation and a Reichstag Fire to get out of the Nov. 2 nd day of reckoning!

You are right, though, that had the complexions of the participants been reversed, it would have been plastered all over the News & Record, the perpetrator branded as a Klansman, and the SPLC hate-haters would be following him around trying to provoke him into something newsworthy. They've got fundraising goals to maintain, you know.
I uncharacteristically watched the YouTube video, by the way, expecting to recognize the man who accosted the protestor. I didn't. He's just another political Obamanoob who doesn't understand how politics play out, never having paid attention in the past.
