The violent left has attacked conservative activists protesting big government, big spending and big bailout scheme proposed by Congress. Tea Party activists in Tampa and St. Louis were beaten by left wing activists earlier this year. Add Greensboro to that list. This week, a group of local citizens in North Carolina protesting the Financial Reform bill and the Durbin BP Bailout amendment were accosted and then physically attacked by a left-wing activist who blamed George Bush for America’s ills.

I had a guy try to stir something up with me at the last tea party. He said something. I presented him with facts. He made a stupid comment, thinking he was being really sharp. I laughed at him. He got real close invading my personal space. Made a couple more comments. I gave him a couple more facts. He said something stupid again. I laughed at him some more.

He really wanted me to get riled up. He finally left when he saw he wasn't going to get anywhere. I imagine if I had been a man, he might have tried to get physical with me.
