we need a link to numbers in Californication
thank you!
I ain’t gonna lose sleep over the fact a bunch of union thugs squander money now and again, and I have no sympathy for those who belong in unions.
Nobody wrote in Jim Robinson?!!!
Cheers!
Thanks.
I had a new polling place this year, I was pleased to see the same poll workers again in the new location, though. They’ve been watching our girls grow up for the past 13 years since we moved here. The oldest got to vote for the first time today. They gave her a standing ovation.
I wish her first had been like my first: Fall 1980, the reclaiming of our country.
Unfortunately, it looks that our votes with our hands meant nothing, we may soon be voting with our feet. No choices for fall it appears except RINOs and Dems. Except for McClintock. One bright diamond in the cesspit.
>No offense but will your state ever learn?!?!?!?!<
It doesn’t look like it.
We do have some major league bonehead voters here.
Not with the Fsiled CEO running; you won’t. You just kept Boxer in her seat.
Looking at the vote there isn’t much difference (sorry fell asleep when you posted your reply).
Pelosi received 62,900+ votes, the Republican’s received a total of 8,924 votes TOGETHER. Doesn’t seem any Republican has a chance of taking her down if we can’t even achieve 10% of the vote.
Where you get those numbers? Pelosi is not on the ballot. Don't you mean Boxer? Fiorina won in a crowded race of five Republicans getting 56% of the vote, Boxer may as well have been uncontested as she got over 81% of the vote in a race with 2 other Dem candidates.
And they won’t take her down if the Tea Party people stay home in November as a silent protest to the primary results 5 months earlier, which is what some will probably do and what the Boxer people hope happens.
“Pelosi received 62,900+ votes, the Republicans received a total of 8,924 votes TOGETHER. Doesnt seem any Republican has a chance of taking her down if we cant even achieve 10% of the vote.”
A point I’ve been making for almost as long as I’ve been on FR is that if conservatives really want to win, we’re going to have to be willing to run and support conservatives as Democrats. Nancy Pelosi is a great example of why. Her district is so heavily skewed Democrat that no Republican has a realistic chance of winning in her district. A Democrat however would have a better chance of beating her in the primary.
That’s surprising since the Dems didn’t have any contested high profile races. Do you live in a deeply blud precinct?
“Do you live in a deeply blud precinct?”
Deeply blue!! Our last two Councilmembers are gay. Live in Kensington/Talmadge area of San Diego.
Sigh . . . . My neighborhood (Mission Hills) used to be interesting politically - sort of middle of the road, always contested. Bilbray was my Congresscritter. Then we were reapportioned in 2000 into the Congressional district of the despicable Susan Davis. What a waste of carbon that woman is.
I love Bilbray and you are correct about Susan Davis!
That creep Maldanado won. Thus the rats keep both the Gov and LT Gov. offices in CA.
