Seriously, I don't get it. I see so many anti-Israel and anti-Semitic posts on the internet. Why not love our only real ally in the middle east?
“Much of what we have today, use ,enjoy in everyday life ,would not exist except for German Jews.....”
Like “the bomb”?
(Support "4" Palin is more religious crusade than political movement. Nothing evil but buyer beware.)
Conservatives believe in God? Our nation was Founded by God fearing men. Who knew?
We must support Jerusalem. We are it’s only friendly neighbor.
Oh, what was that? The US has a Muslim pres_ _ _ent who hates Jews?!?! UFB!
As a citizen of the US, 0bama can go to hell. I support our neighbor! The Bible knows the story.
You cannot take that verse to mean we must support Israel no matter what. Israel can, and will, screw up. The entire Old Testament is testament to that.
In fact, Israel is in spiritual rebellion today. They do not recognize Jesus as the Christ. The are still waiting for the Messiah to come. And, according to scriptures, many Jews will be deceived by the AntiChrist into believe he is the messiah. And when Israel throws in with the anti-christ messiah during the first 3.5 years of the Great Tribulation, I’m sure you’ll agree with me that God does not intend for you to support Israel in that decision.
ST, arent you the one of the biggest Palin supporters on this site? based on what has been psoted on this thread, I have a question;
Well, I don't know if I'm the biggest one, but I am an enthusiastic supporter of Sarah Palin ... yes indeed! :-)
Do you believe Palin has been chosen by God to lead this nation and ultimately world at this specific point in time and history?
Actually, I dont expect you to answer as I have asked it dozens of times to the most ardent Palin supporters and always end up with crickets.
Well, if you know me, you also know it's never "crickets" with me ... LOL ...
[ ... although some people wish it were ... :-) ... ]
SO, to the question ... but it might be more complex than you might be interested in ...
Before I get to Sarah Palin, let me say that I believe Obama was the President that God intended on having in office right now. :-) ... that's because I think Obama is the "judgement of God" upon this nation for its evil and despicable ways (50 million parents killing their kids, for one thing, kicking God out of schools for another thing, removing God from anything to do with public policy or government is another thing, continually putting pressure on Israel to accommodate the Islamic terrorists for many previous administrations, is another thing). So, we have God's choice of President right now, in Obama, as the judgment of God upon this nation.
I believe that the only way out of this judgment of God is "national repentance", but since I don't see that as coming down the pike any time soon, I expect to see Obama continue to be in office as continuing judgment upon the nation and perhaps its ultimate destruction, as a world power (which would fit what the Bible indicates anyway, for the "last of the end days").
Now.... getting over to Sarah Palin ... if she represents the good choice for American and she would be something to bring America out of its slide into oblivion and if she is all that God would want her to be -- it still might be "No, God won't allow Sarah Palin to lead this nation out of its slide downhill!" That may be the answer, simply because the "judgment of God" is upon this nation and this nation is going to "go down" -- as a result of that.
Sarah Palin might be all of what we need in a leader and a perfect leader for this country. The only problem may be, that this country doesn't deserve that good of a leader, any more... and God will see to that.
BUT, even if God does not allow Sarah Palin to be leader of this country, she can still serve God in what she does, in her giving the "clarion call" to all who will listen -- even if the country goes downhill and is no longer a world power any more, being economically destroyed and insignificant. There will still be people here in this country and Sarah Palin's voice will still be listened to, as she'll be speaking the right things, regardless of whether she is allowed by God to get into office to lead this country.
NOW... let me make a distinction between the subject here -- which is Israel (and the hatred for Israel) -- and -- Sarah Palin. Israel is spoken about profusely in the Bible and God says what will happen there. So, I can easily tell anyone what God says about it. That's no problem.
But, with Sarah Palin, she's not mentioned in the Bible and I have no idea what God will decide to do with this country and/or Sarah Palin. But, regardless of that, she's saying the right things. With Sarah Palin, I'll have to "wait and see" what God does, just like everyone else ... :-)
Its not that you dont have an answer, its that the answer would be far too revealing.
Well, I hope this answer was revealing enough for you ... :-)
Anen to that... you said it all right ... :-)
You really don’t like Jews, do you?
I had rather America’s foreign policy be driven by the Bible that obama and the earth worshippers.
You cannot take that verse to mean we must support Israel no matter what. Israel can, and will, screw up. The entire Old Testament is testament to that.
We support what God supports. He supports Israel being a nation before Him, forevermore. That we support.
God supports the establishment of Israel in their land that was given to them, by God, Himself. That we support.
God supports the regathering of all the Jews back to the land of Israel to live in peace and safety. That we support.
God supports that the Messiah of Israel will be established on the Throne of David, ruling from Isreael, in Jerusalem. That we support.
God supports Israel as being the head nation over all the other nations in the world, during the one-world government set up by the Messiah, here on earth. That we support.
And "in the negative" -- God does not support the destruction of the nation of Israel, the annihilation of the Jews and God will judge anyone or any nation who does support that. That we support (i.e., God's attitude in that).
Yes-—Many Jews do not recognize Jesus Christ as Israel’s Messiah, but many many do.... Man-Made religion prevented many Jews from embracing the Messiah of Israel...
Yeshua ha Mashiach.....
Israel’s Messianic Jews: Some Call it a Miracle...
From Dec 2008
In Israel, a resurgence in the number of Jews who believe in Jesus is getting a lot of attention. Many leaders say it’s the strongest growth since the time of Jesus and that the Messianic movement could be on the brink of a great revival.
“This is the first time where we’ve seen Israeli society in general being so open to consider who Yeshua is,” said Messianic leader Asher Intrater. “This is a real miracle, and there’s beginning to be grace and favor with us in the land...
More and More will come to Jesus/Yehsua...
They will proclaim..*Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord* and Jesus will come......
Fat chance of that happening. The idiots who believe the muslims will leave westerners alone if Israel is gone have had one to many snorts. Muslims kill ALL infidels. You muslims sympathizers are INFIDELS - they are going to kill you too, you idiots.
Wow. Thanks.
Can anyone tell us why America and we as Americans should love Israel...without quoting the Bible or mentioning satan?
I don't know really why we should talk about Israel, apart from the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, apart from the Bible, and apart from Satan.
First of all, Israel was a "creation of God" ... Himself. God chose the nation of Israel (actually the only nation of the world, in this manner) to be a "nation before Him forevermore". There's no other nation in the world that has that "status". That's pretty amazing for one thing.
Then, the Bible, is the Word of God (inspired by God, and thus inerrant, infallible and authoritative), and since God made everything in the first place (i.e., "the whole of creation"), and put Israel into existence, for another thing -- then the Bible is precisely the place to go for answers about Israel, since Israel is mentioned all through the Bible.
And then, in regards to Satan, since Satan is the chief opposer of God in this world that we live in, and since Satan seeks consistently to destroy Israel and the Jews, in order to destroy "God's word" on the matter -- then it's very relevant in understanding what is going on with Israel.
I don't know why this wouldn't be the first place people go to understand what is going on with Israel.
Then perhaps the Viking Kitties will ferret him out and put him in his place.
INDEED TO THE MAX.
Hopefully.
His home page doesn’t SOUND like a troll.
Is he an atheist/agnostic?
I wonder if he’s a mod.
Hmmmmm
Unwitting, or witting, tools of Satan
INDEED TO THE MAX.
ISRAEL- The Man who sees GOD.....
Messianic Judaism is a movement of Jewish people who believe that Yeshua (Jesus’ original name in Hebrew) is the Messiah of Israel and the Savior of the world. Yeshua is the most Jewish of Jews. Yeshua was a descendant of both Abraham and King David, was raised in a Jewish home and went to synagogue.
He perfectly kept the entire Torah (see Galatians 4:4). He taught that He came to fulfill, not set aside, the Torah (see Matthew 5:17-19). He was a rabbi who performed unparalleled miracles, bringing great blessing to the nation of Israel.
All His early disciples also lived very Jewish lives. The Messianic movement was entirely Jewish at its inception, and continued to exist as an authentic Jewish movement for 700 years after Yeshuas death and resurrection.
It was always God’s will for the Gentile nations to share in His salvation (Isaiah 42:6, 49:6). God told Abraham that through him all the nations of the Earth would be blessed (Genesis 12:1-3).
The Lord set apart the Jewish people to bring the knowledge of God, the Word of God, and the Savior to the rest of the world.
At first the early Messianic Jews did not understand that this was God’s will and they proclaimed the Good News only to other Jewish people. Ironically, the big controversy in the first century was not whether Jews could believe in Yeshua (naturally they could), but whether Gentiles could come into the faith without having to become Jewish!
When Messianic Jews finally understood that salvation was also intended for the Gentiles, they began to share the Good News with non-Jews as well as with Jews. As a result, many Gentiles began to come into the faith
Amen Quix!
Even so...Come soon Lord Jesus!
