You know, Watergate was just a two-bit burglary. If things change dramatically, and I assume they will when Israel or Iran attacks the other, and gas prices go to the moon, there will be a time when his poll numbers of today seem high. He very well may have had nothing to do with the Sestak issue, but he has now commented on it, and that is new and potentially big.
“Nothing improper took place.”
He is on record with a declaration of fact.
“A response from my administration” sounds formal. Wonder if his administration will come right out and call Sestak a liar.
