They have had plenty of time to do that, yet they have not. The way I read it is they are acknowledging Sestak is telling the truth. They are just implying it was not illegal. OR- they are afraid of Sestak - which doesn’t make much sense rto me. Gibbs has been asked about this several times, and has responded with lawyer-like answers each time.
