He'll be taking questions starting (around) 12:45 p.m. EDT.

There are known protocols for dealing with oil leaks.
There was a stockpile of dispersant specifically for use in the Gulf.
The size is less important than the fact that all procedures were not used.
Not enough immediate burning
Not enough done to protect the shorelines
Booms were seen lying on the beaches baking in the sun
There have been oil spills the world over, in every ocean and it didn’t take 37 days to decide what to do what to do......

The socialist newspapers are slobbering and salivating as they describe how certain streets are going to be closed off to traffic, or about his his social calendar (places where he and the wookie can be seen putting on the feed bag), how people will be storming his Hyde Park neighborhood to welcome him, to see him, to touch the tip of his satanic tail.
