He'll be taking questions starting (around) 12:45 p.m. EDT.

“I am confident that the Federal Government has acted consistently with a sense of urgency”.....

Might have to do with the fact that there's no shortage of oil slicked, toxic creatures in his hometown.
He’s tryin to cover his ass, yet take credit for being on top of this from day one. He’s very confident the Federal gov’t has responded with consistency on the sense of urgency.
