I wouldn’t be surprised if the mercy for animals people were behind the mistreatment themselves — as a cynical stunt to further their cause (”veganism”).
Farmers are businessmen. You don’t treat your means of production like that, nor do you tolerate such treatment by your employees. Aside from being unnecessary cruelty, it’s not in their own best interest.
And to hell with all of these “animal rights groups”. They can go suck eggs.
The owner of the farm is ID’d in one of the sequences. These guys looks like sadists to me. I’d like to think their behavior is unique.
“I wouldnt be surprised if the mercy for animals people were behind the mistreatment themselves...”
Yes, aren’t they in favor of killing off all cattle? These people aren’t wrapped real tight in the first place, I wouldn’t put very much beyond them.

Interesting point. Quite possible.
ranchers and farmers usually have a reverence for their animals.....
unbelievable if true...and if true, very sick people.....very sick...
Most farmers care for their animals and don’t mistreat them, but these sure are horrific examples of what appears to be a culture of brutal abuse. Those farmers who do care about cows should be horrified and demand action be taken, not jump to the defense of the indefensible.
Larger and larger farms with more and more mechanized systems do tend to lessen the bond between farmer and animal—and involve more very low-paid workers who don’t have the same business incentive to well care for the animals either.
You know I’m all with you about the animal rights groups. I do however have respect for life and I don’t act like an animal myself when dealing with animals. There is no reason to torture cows. I would slaughter a cow in a heart beat (there is nothing in my opinion better than steak). However, I would not gratuitously hurt an animal because I can. There is something wrong with actions like that, I don’t get the whole video.
I agree with you. Animals rights wackos have filmed themselves abusing animals before while blaming others. They release the videos to the MSM who always seem to spread just the story the animal rights type want.
It is possible that a small percentage of farmers might mistreat their animals, but how long can they stay in business doing that?

I'm so glad you got in at the top of the thread. What you're talking about is a typical dirty trick by liberals. If conservatives don't fit their evil stereotype of us, they "do the deed" and point the finger. You are right.
Owners don't destroy their property. What's next - a video of a farmer pouring acid on growing crops? Nutty.
Again, thanks for getting in quickly on this one, nervous tick
Absolutely no evidence to back this...evidence clearly shows the farmer and workers sadistically maiming and torturing cows.

He can lose a few by torturing and maiming them and selling them for beef. Obviously won't be too negative affect on his bottom line. And video clearly shows the business owner involved in the torture.

Animal rights groups are the only people doing something about the sadistic torture that's shown in the video. Some people see videos like this and feel deeply that it is a moral outrage. What's fascinating is that you don't. It's like a part of your soul is turned off.
Hey, where ya' been, buddy?
