There are people that live to put the hurt on other people or animals. It is often hard for normal people to understand that because they feel no such urges. We need to understand this to be able to deal with it, just like we need to understand the pedophile can no more give up his or her urges to molest than a heterosexual can stop being attracted to the opposite sex.
I favor a devils island approach for the latter, and for animal sadists, perhaps they should be tied on the ground and have the animals trample and kick them.
What kind of pathetic losers would resort to beating cows? It is hard to believe.
Sadly, I've known people in my life who were this sadistic and sick. I am not going to repeat the stories here of what they did but I can guarantee they would piss everyone off.
