The most disturbing movie ever made?
CNN ^ | Breeanna Hare

If the title alone isn't enough to make you squirm, a brief rundown of the premise for the indie horror movie, "The Human Centipede," certainly will. Any film involving three humans sharing a single digestive tract obviously isn't aiming to be easy on the eyes.

Yet director/writer Tom Six's portrayal of a crazed surgeon who takes his skills at separating conjoined twins and uses them to create his own living human insect has left some critics appalled that it was even created; venerated critic Roger Ebert didn't think his star rating system was even applicable.

"No horror film I've seen inflicts more terrible things on its victims than 'The Human Centipede,'" Ebert wrote in his review. "The star rating system is unsuited to this film. Is the movie good? Is it bad? Does it matter? It is what it is and it occupies a world where the stars don't shine."

My childhood horror was First Spaceship on Venus. Until I was twelve I checked under the bed for living lava.

What is so bad about three humans sharing a digestive tract?

0bama and Biden share a brain.

The rest of the Democrat Party shares most of a soul.

“Henry: Portrait Of A Serial Killer”.

Very disturbing film.

I lasted 15 minutes into "I Spit On Your Grave" and I'd never turned off a slasher flick before that in my life.

Hmmm. Three entities sharing a common digestive tract. That would be the legislative, judicial, and executive branches wouldn’t it?

VERY funny! My laugh for the day! :-)

I met Divine once. Still have ‘her’ autograph around the house somewhere. Right next to Annie Sprinkle’s probably.

I watched The Fly 2 last night, it takes off where the modern Fly left off, i.e. Brundle’s girlfriend has his baby and dies at birth. It actually was fairly well done but very gory, more so than I would have wanted to see.

I watched the Exorcist again last week, another well done horror flick except all of the comedy skits that have been done about it since it came out in the early 70’s made me laugh most of the time, especially when the little girl’s head rotated, I am laughing now just writing about it.

I don’t mind a good insect horror flick as long as there are not a lot of the little buggers. I tried to watch Eight Legged Freaks the other night but turned it off about 30 minutes in, too many spiders for me.

Gorgo is next.

"It's not that people like it -- the natural reaction to this kind of movie is fear and disgust," Weaver said. "The gratification comes from pushing yourself and proving to yourself what you can take."

Yeah, I doubt it. There are far better ways to push yourself, prove your courage to yourself and test your limits than sitting on your butt watching movies of people being tortured. This is sadistic voyeurism, pure and simple, and some in the fan base are surely thinking about doing more than just watching.

I once tried to watch a movie called "Eraser head".....that was just plain weird.........

As far as creepiness, the latest one I watched was "Quarantine"

This goes on in the Whitehouse basement all the time now. Ever notice how many missing tea party members there has been lately?
