If they can’t win in court they cheat. I hope the theives are caught and the book thrown at them.

They weren’t vandals..they were Obama voters, atheists, marxists, and thieves. They have stolen and damaged federal property. Does anyone believe that Holder with throw the book at them?

It’s not government propery any longer, the cross was sold to a private party.

It’s my understanding is is private property. Holder has nothing to say about it.

The fact that some held it in high regard is reason enough for these bastards to desecrate it....I pray they are caught and forced to re-erect it.

Frank Buono, a former Park Service employee, initiated the lawsuit, saying the cross represented government endorsement of the Christian faith.Frank better have a strong alibi.

Well, I’ll bet that there are alot of my friends that will join me in putting up another memorial. This one will be bigger.
Road trip, anyone?!

Who cares what they think. There was precedent, therefore the replacement will be bigger and better.

This sure reminds me of the Hill of Crosses in Lithuania. When the Communists demanded a cross be removed from a hillside memorial, the people refused and the authorities removed it themselves. The next morning a new cross appeared and was taken down. Every morning a new cross appeared and even more were added until the Commies gave up. Its now world famous and everyone visiting is invited to add their cross.
Walking up, it takes your breath away.
Every visiting president, celebrity and world leader has a cross there and that's what should happen in the Mojave desert.
People from the area should overwhelm the site with replacement crosses and everyone visiting should bring one. Like The Hill of Crosses in Lithuania it should become a growing and even more famous landmark than the bastards who took down this memorial could ever imagine.

They need to put up a new one and dig a moat around it and put some chupacabras in it.

A War Memorial “shaped like a cross”? Is it more palatable for them to them to deny that it was a cross and describe it as a memorial merely resembling one? It WAS a cross and that’s why CNN’s fellow travelers hated it!
