United States President Barack Obama has lost nearly half of his support among American Jews, a poll by the McLaughlin Group has shown.
The US Jews polled were asked whether they would: (a) vote to re-elect Obama, or (b) consider voting for someone else. 42% said they would vote for Obama and 46%, a plurality, preferred the second answer. 12% said they did not know or refused to answer.

You are correct that it has the largest percentage of Jewish voters. Jewish population is about one third of total in district, but since the Jews are more elderly than others statistically, I can see that your 42% of the electorate sounds about right.

What I posted is irrefutable- Jews are an integral part of the base of Democrat party. They remain so even though that party does not act in the best interests of Israel. The GOP has not always been great to Israel either- taking the position that they had to absorb scud missile attacks without fighting back in the Gulf War, for example.
But as Rabbi Shmuley said tonight on his radio show, if you are Jewish and you still support Ozero, you must have rocks in your head.
The Jews who are part of the liberal base are liberal ideologues, and they have rocks in their head where there should be freedom of thought.

It’s a canard, but Jewish Americans have a disproportionate influence upon US media and entertainment. Controlling the message.
The fact they’re so in the tank for marxism, is one of the biggest dangers America faces right now.
Liberal Jewish slant through the media and Hollywood, is instrumental in the damage being done.
So though saying that, seems to provoke rage even among those on this board who should be honest and secure enough - to be willing to speak of such important facts.

I assure you, despite what you seem to think, I’m about as pro-Israel as one can be. I have concerns Israel tends to be quick to farm American technology to China. But Israel is a bold, principled and righteous nation.
Not sure how such a huge segment of Jewish Americans are so very much, the opposite.

Those are stereotypes yes, I recognize. Some feed into some rather ugly bigotry, yes. But it’s in large part true.
Liberal Jewish support for socialism in America. Matters a great deal. Because there’s so much overlap, with the organizations which form opinion in America.
Next to teachers unions, Hollywood and our media are the most prolifigate propagandists, in lockstep with the left.

What do you mean by ‘Hollywood’? The idea of a monolithic Studio System controlled by a handful of Studio Heads hasn’t existed since the 1960s. These days it’s individual filmmakers hustling to finance their individual projects. And the majority of them are not Jewish.

The other half needs to wake up to the fact that the leftist totalitarian Obama régime is pro-Islamic, and anti-Israeli, & anti-American.
I remember during the election being amazed that Jews were supporting him.
The reason is very simple they actually believe in the lies that have been told to them over the years that the National socialist are conservatives. They also believe Christianity is not friendly to Judaism and Christians are more associated with Conservatives. Both are wrong but if you are told a lie often enough people will believe it.

However, I think most of us are just confused. We wonder why ANYONE who has brains and talent votes Democrats. Not just Jews but any sucessful minotry, blue collar worker etc.
Given the success many Jews have had in this society, in so many ways at so many levels, many of us wonder why they are not more Conservative in voting.
Hopefully many traditional Democrat voters are waking up to just how extremist the current leadership of that party has become.
