Carly is the Commonsense Conservative that California needs and our country could sure use in these trying times. Most importantly, she’s running for the right reasons. She has an understanding that is sorely lacking in D.C. She’s not a career politician. She’s a businesswoman who has run a major corporation. She knows how to really incentivize job creation. Her fiscal conservatism is rooted in real life experience. She knows that when government grows, the private sector shrinks under the burden of debt and deficits. We can trust Carly to do the right thing for America’s economy and to make the principled decisions she has throughout her professional career.

Devore’s site claims he was pro-life since before holding elected office.
Wrong question. At this point the question is 'is she a better choice than her primary opponents?'

She would be worse than Boxer. Carly’s only interest is Carly. She’ll be a supporter of whatever she thinks will get her re-elected with no core beliefs. Ultimately she’ll try some sort of rigged election like she did with HP and as a republican will be uncovered and used to taint conservatives. I won’t hold my nose and vote for her.
Is she better than Tom Campbell? Gee is the guy who was Arnolds money man in Sacramento worth electing? Is the guy who wrote nice letters about men convicted of muslim terror connections a good choice for Sentate - not likly. As for Devore there must be a reason he is in third place. Scott Brown is not a perfect conservative but he is better than Kennedy and the woman he beat. I’d like to see more people who have business experience in congress. Too many lawyers get elected.

Yes, conservative bona-fides are important, and so is electability.
Think "incrementally more conservative." It's the best realistic approach.

I’d like to add a few things about my Carly endorsement because some reaction right out of the chute calls for more information:
Carly has been endorsed by the National Right to Life, the California Pro-Life Council, and the Susan B. Anthony List. She is pro-life, pro-traditional marriage, pro-military, and pro-strict border security and against amnesty. She is against Obamacare and will vote to repeal it and prevent the government takeover of private companies and industries. Carly is also a strong supporter of the Second Amendment. Like me, she is a member of the NRA, has a 100% NRA rating, and she and her husband are gun owners. She is pro-energy development and believes as I do in an all-of-the-above approach to energy independence. She is against cap and tax. And most importantly, Carly is the only conservative in the race who can beat Barbara Boxer. That’s no RINO. That’s a winner.

DeVore is lagging in the polls one month out. He’s toast, and Palin has the smarts to recognize this. Campbell is pro-abort, and Carly has the best chance to beat him in the primary and to beat Boxer in the general.

John McCain endorsed Fiorina as well.
What a bunch of hogwash. Fiorina is telling everyone what they want to hear, and those who like to play ball with the RINOs and have their rings kissed are going along with it. But anyone who says she would be anything but a John McCain, at best, in the US Senate’s backroom dealings is deluded or lying.
No problem here. Carly’s not nearly as bad as some of the chicken littles here pretend to think she is. In fact, she’s actually pretty decent. Check out this interview:

Good post. I agree completely, except for the "chock full" part. There are, however, way too many scumbag operatives trolling the joint.
