I don’t want revenge and I would say that even if I was in India; I want justice.

“Judge M L Tahaliyani has awarded the death sentence to Pakistani terrorist, Ajmal Amir Kasab. The judge felt Kasab’s crime fell under the judicial definition of “rarest of rare” and death by hanging was well deserved.

Kasab was given the death penalty on four counts. The court said there was no chance of Kasab reforming.”

I think many people are going to state this was "just" and correct.

Automatically it will be hard to convert to Life Sentence in Bombay High Cour by his attorney, that is why the Bombay Criminal Court today made the sentence so air tight and strict, and multiple.

No leniency at all.

It seems he broke down, despite being passive and non reactive. Today he entered court, unshaven, sat in his chair, and then he was alone in the dock. As the judge read the counts and why death sentence should be given, no reaction. Then after the judges statement, then Kasab was allowed to speak and explain himself. At that time, just nodded his head.

Absolute chaos outside the court. on Live TV.
