Hawaii governor announces 'exact' place of Obama birth

..... the governor of Hawaii is now publicly voicing the alleged exact location of Obama's birth, saying "the president was, in fact, born at Kapi'olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii"

The disclosure is believed to be the first time a state government official has declared the precise place where Obama was born, despite numerous other published claims, including some for a different hospital in Honolulu.

The remark came Sunday night when Gov. Linda Lingle, a Republican, was interviewed on New York's WABC Radio by host Rabbi Shmuley Boteach. (The subject was addressed at the 77-minute mark HERE.)

Wrong, the short form is an abstract. Most states use them these days. They contain some, but generally not all the information on the original “long form”. They really certify that a long form exists. Problem is that there in info, or lack thereof, on the long form that could indicate that it was fraudulently filed. Not to make Barry eligible for President, to make him a citizen at all.

I have my own suspicions, as I posted way back when...

What may be on his BC that you dont know about?

I believe/know a very few things:

The CoLB that his campaign released is a forgery.

Someone risked jail time to forge this document.

It takes all of half an hour on the 'net, and about $25-$40 to have a legitimate certified copy of your own BC delivered within a week. (I know this because I just did that very thing last month)

Therefore, I conclude that there must be some compelling reason to falsify his BC.

The compelling reason that comes to mind is that the real document would kick him out of the running for being the most powerful man on earth.

From this I conclude that his true documentation shows one or more of the following truths:

• He was not born in the United States, and is therefore constitutionally unqualified for the job. This is a show stopper. There is no way to "fix" this or inoculate himself against this, or win over voters on this issue. It is the premier campaign killer issue.

Therefore, I regard this as the most probable explanation for the deceit.

All the other possible reasons are much lower grade:

• His BC shows that he's a bastard. Although this might be personally embarrassing, nobody cares, a goodly fraction of the electorate is in the same boat, or closely related to someone who is.
• His birth name isn't Barak Hussein Obama. So what? We already know his his name changed when he was adopted in Indonesia. People can and do change their names, it isn't a crime, or even particularly shady.
The only question it really raises is why did he chose a muslim name? That's rather easy to explain away - he took his genetic father's name. Who can argue with that? Especially when muslim names had some popularity among blacks who didn't know just how deeply involved muslims were in the slave trade.
• His real birth certificate lists his race as something other than "African". This would be more of a problem. His whole campaign is founded on his being "the first black president" come January. Still not lethal to the campaign, but it would be awkward to 'splain away.

• There is something else embarrassing on his official BC.

Like what?
There could be nothing conceivably embarrassing about:

His time of birth
His birthday
His city of birth
His county of birth
His island of birth
His religion (Religion is not even listed!)
His mother's race
The date it was filed

A few things could be a slightly embarrassing:

The serial number? Maybe? Suppose it's really 151-1961-000666? Nope. It turned out to be 151-1961-010641

His father's name wasn't listed. Not terribly unlikely if he and Stanley Ann split up before he was born. No one cares.

His mother's maiden name. Suppose she really did use her Anna Toot drinkin' ID to get married? Would that really suffice as a reason for someone to risk jail time by falsifying his documents? More to the point, would it disqualify Barak? I don't think so. If anything it could be played for the sympathy vote, young naïve Stanley Ann trying to do her best in covering up the mistakes of her youth. Mother's maiden name listed as Anna Toot? Yawn.

That leaves the big enchilada:
His birth name. Was it really the noble and exotic Barak Hussein Obama II?

Or was it Mortimer Snerdly Toot, hmmmm?

Live that one down!

One other possibility,but it's so odd I hesitate to mention it:

Approximately 1% of live births are hermaphroditic to a noticeable degree. Perhaps his birth certificate lists him as a girl. (That would explain his pitching and if Larry Sinclair is to be believed, his catching style)...

How can someone born a subject to the crown of her majesty the Queen of England be considered a Natural Born Citizen of the United States and thus eligible to be the Commander in Chief of the armed forces (to say the least)?

Let’s cut through all the junk and put it this way. Obama is probably NOT eligible to be POTUS. He was selectivly put there just like McCain was selectivly the Republican nominee. They used McCain(most likely with his knowledge)birth in case they had a problem with Obama.

That depends on your birth state. I happen to have my original BC, because my mother had it. However, when I have requested a “certified” BC (with raised, embossed seal) from the Commonwealth of Virginia, I have always been sent a “Certificate of Live Birth,” not a copy of the original BC. In Virginia, at least, the two are different.

As far as I can tell, the governor of hawaii just broke the law as it relates to releasing private information. How does she know this information? Did she view the document? Did she then speak about information on that document in public? Isn’t that a crime?

Was she told it was OK to break the law by our law smashing "PINTO" (President In Name Only), as a Freeper ingeniously calls "O"

House gives boost to Native Hawaiian government

WASHINGTON — Congress moved closer Tuesday to allowing Native Hawaiians to establish their own government despite objections from the state’s governor.

By a vote of 245-164, the House passed a bill largely along party lines that gives Native Hawaiians the same opportunity provided to Alaska Natives and 564 Indian tribes — the chance to govern their own affairs in partnership with their state and the federal government.

But the legislation goes beyond securing the right to self-governance for Native Hawaiians. The reconstituted government will eventually negotiate terms for acquiring land that’s in a trust the state oversees. Those lands make up one-quarter of Hawaii’s mass and are worth billions of dollars.

Indeed you've tried. Where, in WKA, did the court find him a "Natural Born Citizen?" Furthermore, your state supreme court case follows that statement up with this footnote:

We note the fact that the Court in Wong Kim Ark did not actually pronounce the plaintiff a “natural born Citizen” using the Constitution‟s Article II language is immaterial.

Well, now. Isn't that convinient? They cite WKA as their reason for finding Barry (a British subject at birth) to be a NBC...yet...they admit that the WKA court did NOT find WKA a NBC. Hmmmmm. Now isn't that strange! haha.
