That is what is scary. If it were NOT for the incompetence of several of these terrorists, we would have a much higher death count.

This guy -- wrong type of fertilizer, bought the non-explosive kind.

Shoebomber Reid -- couldn't get his shoe fuse ignited.

Briefs bomber -- set off the fuse too early; didn't allow the mixture time to activate.
