The autobiography of George W Bush will go on sale in November, offering the former US president's take on the September 11 terrorist attacks, as well as personal issues such as his battle with alcoholism. The cover of the book, entitled Decision Points, features Bush standing alone in the White House's rose garden colonnade holding a presidential briefing book. Bush has said the book will not be a memoir but an account of key decisions in his presidency and personal life. According to Crown Publishers, it will offer "gripping, never-before-heard detail" on 9/11 and the 2000 presidential election as well as his decision to quit drinking and insights into his family life.

Ain’t it a shame that GW couldn’t have gone for a 3rd term?! Instead we have this scourge, this slimeball Marxist, Satanist a**hole.
I didn’t agree with all his decisions and I CERTAINLY disagreed with his “high road” ignore criticism approach (which, face it, gave us the TOTUS-reader).
But the man said what he meant and meant what he said. He never BSd anyone. The USA got what it saw.
Compare that to his predecessor and successor, both of which were and are incapable of telling a single truth under any circumstances.

Good! Maybe he’ll include the reason for his decision to send our troops into Iraq and Afghanistan while leaving our borders UNsecured and our nation at risk of losing the WOT in our own backyards! Yeah, that would be real nice....but I won’t hold my breath.
OH....and maybe he’ll explain that whole “Ownership Society” agenda. I’d certainly like to know what he THOUGHT would happen if banks were pushed to give mortgages in exchange for Section 8 vouchers of the unemployed.
I love George Bush and am thankful he was in office when he was. But I have to agree that letting the other side frame the debate around him was a very bad mistake on many levels.
One of his worst mistakes, derived from the famous Bush ‘loyalty,’ was appointing that little creep Scott McClellan. At a time when the White House needed a strong, articulate spokesman for the Administration, that twerp stood at the podium. Ugh. Ari Fleischer, Tony Snow and Dana Perino all served honorably and effectively. If only Tony had been able to take the job at the time McClellan went in, we’d be living in a different world.
I miss both President Bush and Tony Snow (bless his soul) being in the White House.
Thank You GWB...I will buy 5 books for Moms day.
Love that George!!!
I will buy it.
I voted for him, and boy do I MISS him.
President Bush was a man of few public words which really created an open door for all the false attacks and accusations leveled at him. I'm sure this account was well thought out and hopefully will exonerate him at least to a degree.
>>I have to agree that letting the other side frame the debate around him was a very bad mistake on many levels.<<
You hit it dead on the head in so many areas.
>>I miss both President Bush and Tony Snow (bless his soul) being in the White House.<<
Bush, an honest man (he never pretended to be anything he wasn’t) and Tony Snow, who was a true gentleman. Tony snow had a sense of humor. That asshat gibbs has a sense of arrogance. When Snow laughed, it was in humor. When gibbs laughs it is at the expense of someone. Snow invited and encouraged participation. gibbs condescends and shuts down all dissent.
I miss Bush/Snow as well, as should all True Americans.
Could it be that BOzo hides his college records because he knows GWB has a lot higher IQ than his own?

“On November 2, the entire civilised world will be praying, praying Bush loses. And Sod's law dictates he'll probably win, thereby disproving the existence of God once and for all. The world will endure four more years of idiocy, arrogance and unwarranted bloodshed, with no benevolent deity to watch over and save us. John Wilkes Booth, Lee Harvey Oswald, John Hinckley Jr - where are you now that we need you?”

Until he hits back at the asshats that ruined his rep and this country, NO Thanks.
Or, if it's not a good book, maybe Nov is the right month...)
Thank McCain and McCain-Feingold for the Dem 2006 Congress which killed Bush’s last two years.
He should have also veto’ed MCCain-Feingold and not pushed for amnesty.
~~~ Pres. Bush ... still SO missed. Best seller on the way ............ PING!
Mercy folks, Don’t you realize that George Bush was NOT much of a Conservative by now? He started the excessive over-spending and enlargement of government that has continued to this day. Sure, he is better than Obama, but come on, he was a disgrace to conservationism...
You really need to get some better heroes...
You are 100% entitled to your own opinion, of course. But so am I, and my opinion is that people like you disgust me thoroughly.
You can’t talk about security and still leave open the borders. That is simply a fact!
Now when terrorists come across the Mexican border and cause havoc, will you realize that maybe we let this problem happen?
