Frankly I have no favorite, but Sen. Webster, the first GOP House Speaker since Reconstruction and former Senate leader has been a major conservative leader for 30 years. The organized support from state leaders looks preemptive.

Yes he certainly has been in the political scene for at least 30 years. I agree the organized support from Mike Huckabee and Jeb Bush does appear preemptive.
Perhaps it is time for some new blood in Congress.
