The face of the angry Iceland volcano revealed!

This impressive picture was taken with a special camera on board the Icelandic coastguards TF-SIF research plane. The picture shows three craters in the Eyjafjallajokull volcano. The craters are each 200 to 300 metres wide.
The picture undeniably looks like a face: some sort of monster which has broken its way out of the earth and is now spewing fire and sulphur into the atmosphere.
The chaos being wrought on European transport connections is the greatest ever during peace time.

It’s a message from the future. It shows Al Gore in 20 years.

On the other hand, Ireland and Germany have just allowed some flights to resume. My guess is that the problem is mostly potential and the cancellations were caused by timorous politicians trying to head off predatory lawyers.
Not that just doing all they can would be enough, of course. /sarc

This volcano eruption was, no doubt, a result of global warming...
... man-caused global warming!
It is, therefore, Gerorge W. Bush’s fault!

Have any meteorogists projected/predicted where and when these continuing eruptions/clouds might be in the future?
Are they expected to affect North America, South America or the Pacific? Could they disrupt all International air traffic?

Its a message from the future. It shows Al Gore in 20 years. It shows Algore's pollution profile as it is right now.

IF there is ash in the stratosphere, there will be global cooling caused by the incident solar radiation being scattered from ash.
