Not gonn’a happen. King is entrenched in the Rio Grande Corridor Democratic Mafia. The Kings haven’t done anything Right since Pappy Bruce first took over as Gov. in ‘71. They’d like folks to think they’re moderate Dims, but in NM that just means they’re not as radical as Tony Annoy-ya.

Concur. King is not as radical as some earlier AG's, and Democrats have a majority in the NM house and senate so there is nothing the Pubbies can do except ask and make an issue of his eventual refusal.
