I would consider Syria’s provision of arms to Hezbollah to be an act of war. Those scuds would cause a large loss of life, especially if they put some kind of chemical weapons on them.
Israel can’t ignore them. It’s a direct massive threat.

Hezbollah’s aresenal has not only gotten larger since the end of the 06’ conflict, but also more deadly.
Tensions rose early this year upon reports that Syria was transferring advanced SAM systems to Hezbollah. Now they are transferring SCUDs. What’s next? T-72s and Mig-29s?
