In an astonishing display of common sense the Klu Klux Klan has releasd a statement repudiating the activities of the Westboro Baptist Church, denying any connection or sympathy with the hate group.
The Westboro Baptist Church, notorious for the phrase "God hates fags", is best known for its protest activities, which include picketing funerals of fallen soldiers.
The church runs numerous Web sites such as GodHatesFags.com, GodHatesAmerica.com and others expressing condemnation of homosexuality.
The group bases its work around the belief expressed by its best known slogan and the address of its primary Web site, God Hates Fags, asserting that every tragedy in the world is linked to homosexualityspecifically society's increasing tolerance and acceptance of the so-called homosexual agenda. The group maintains that God hates gays above all other kinds of "sinners" and that homosexuality should be a capital crime.
The KKK does not give any reason for the disclaimer, only the following note on their website:

Disclaimer:
NOTE: The Ku Klux Klan, LLC. has not or EVER will have ANY connection with The "Westboro Baptist Church". We absolutely repudiate their activities.

Well, they’re wrong!
Absolutely not. They would never be democrats....nor would the Republicans have them. But they would not associate themselves anywhere near a liberal...not in this lifetime would they be democrats. That is just silly.
It was a great relief to me when I realized Texas is not the south...so relieved. I hope it is not a Southern “thing” though. Please don’t let it be. How shameful.
and David Duke and Ted Bundy were republicans..John Hagee endorsed John McCain...only to be told the next day they did not want his endorsement...you want to claim bundy and duke? I dont. And wont. You cannot control who registers in your party but there is nothing about this “church” that gore would not condemn...any decent person would condemn everything about them.
Only if forced. They never repudiated Klansman Byrd. The entire RAT party is nothing but a giant hate group:
The gays hate the Christians.
The blacks hate the whites.
The union thugs hatescabs.
The green weenies hate businesses.
The RAT Congressmen hate the voters.
The RAT media hates the private sector.
The "peace activists" hate our troops.
Divide and conquer!
(See: "Rules for Radicals")
Decent, honourable, and necessary work, in and of itself.
His reasons for preferring that work to military service were a bit creepy, though ...
what were his reasons?
Whenever someone posts an article about Westboro or Phelps, they need to point out that they supported Al Gore. Just saying.
Even though the Army was not yet “integrated”, it had “black” units. From Byrdie’s POV, that made it full of those nasty, low-down, disgusting nigXXXs ... and no place for his racially-pure ass. I’d have to look it up again (and I’m too lazy) to get the quote exactly right, but IIRC he would have preferred to see the United States destroyed, than to serve in an Army containing blacks.
"I shall never fight in the armed forces with a Negro by my side... Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds."
Robert C. Byrd, in a letter to Sen. Theodore Bilbo (D-MS), 1944,
Charming ...
Hmmmm ... wouldn't half-white half-black Barry Hussein qualify as a "race mongrel"? ROFL!!!!!
Thanks
Haha. According to the Southern Alliance of Klans on their calendar of events online (I just Googled and it popped right up), the next national Klan meeting is May 1 in Marshall, TX, complete with cross burning and “naturalization” ceremony — whatever that is; then Oct 2 in Lufkin, TX; then December 4 in Dallas. Texas can be part of the southwest or the South, whichever floats your boat. But regardless, it’s got more than its share of Klan representation. I’m from Texas, too. I didn’t know there was Klan in Texas till I moved to the Hill Country. Lots of it there. I’d prefer to call it a southern thang instead of a Texas thang, but either way, a spade’s a spade. Until we’re rid of it entirely, we own it.
You just ruined my whole day. I hope you are happy!!!!!! Stopit!!! Now!!!! Ruined my day!!!
Yes, do these so called Anti-Semitic Christians realize that Jesus was Jewish?
Like we never repudiated Thurmond. Come on. Not my first time at the rodeo...neither party is a party of racists. I know alot of people think of the Republicans as racists. I have worked for the party here for years. I have never run in to one who officially works for the party. I of course have known a few personally..on both sides of the aisle...but they were certainly not friends of mine. Nor would they be.
“It is in no way a church. There is not a Christian amongst them.”
It is a cult.
Absolutely. Excellent description.
Do you wonder how they find each other? Should I attempt this day to find someone to accompany me to a soldier’s funeral with the sole purpose to desecrate and insult his memory...I would find no one who would not be horrified by the suggestion...and a few who would smack me upside the head....deservedly so I might add. How do they come together?
Strom Thurmond was a RAT racist, in fact he was a Dixiecrat. Then he saw the evil of his ways and repented. He left his racist RAT buddies behind and joined the Republican party.
Come on. Not my first time at the rodeo...
Uh....ok.
neither party is a party of racists.
Of course they are, the Klan is the terrorist wing of the Democrat Party.
Here:
George Wallace
Bull Connor
Lester Maddox
Robert KKK Byrd
Fritz Hollings
Jesse Jackson
All RATs, all racists, and the same goes for the people who elected them. Need I go on?
I know alot of people think of the Republicans as racists.
That's because all RATs lie about everything, and they've been lying about Republicans for decades to deflect the truth from their racist selves. Their favorite "both sides do it" line usually doesn't apply, but they keep on saying it.
Republicans started the NAACP, but the socialists took it over. They also started the United Negro College Fund.
If not for the Republicans, LBJ would not have gotten the Civil Rights Act passed. Well known racist Albert Gore Sr voted against it.
In 1957 Eisenhower (a Republican) had to send troops to Little Rock to enforce integration laws and take on Arkansas Gov. Orval E. Faubus, who was blocking black children from entering the schools.
I have worked for the party here for years. I have never run in to one who officially works for the party.
Of course not! And if you do, he needs to be thrown out.
I of course have known a few personally..on both sides of the aisle...
Well they weren't very good Republicans then. As for the democrats, what else would you expect?
but they were certainly not friends of mine.
Mmmmm Hmmmmm.
The point is that the sexual deviants are far worse in terms of their cost to society. Westboro church is a handfull of misguided people from a small town in Kansas—some people say that they actually exist to denigrate Christianity and assist the homosexuals. Sexual deviants are marketed by Hollywood, libs/progs, and the old media. See the big difference.
