I think it’s natural to think of subterfuge when a nation’s leader is on board a crash like this, but it seems like poor judgment concerning the weather conditions to me.
We’ll see how it turns out. I could obviously be wrong.

Its possible and I suppose it could be bad weather.
However, the Presidential aircraft of any developed nation such as Poland, is equipped with electronics and avionics to the point of redundancy and where the aircraft is pretty much capable of taking off and landing itself. Moreover, this type of aircraft is piloted and co-piloted by seasoned military personnel with a great deal of flying experience in weather conditions like heavy fog.
