This is another reason why I became involved in politics. I was furious with my own party.

Find it interesting that you see plenty in the GOP who say this but NEVER see any candidate on the Democrat side ever say any such thing.

The trouble is that the Republican Party wants the proverbial “big tent

I still like the Glenn Beck response "What is this a circus?"

The Man Who Would Dethrone a Queen

If the election was between Satan and Pelosi, I would vote for Satan.

I think that we have to find a home in the party for these big government types, but...

Nope, not any more.

Either Big Government wins or we win.

Government bureaucracies are always the problem.

Tunnel vision gets us into neo-con, country club, religio-con, fisco-con, libertari-con kinds of rivalries and railings. These have just enough in common-con to bump their priorities up one notch to Constitution-con, where we can all agree; and agree to disagree on the more divisive and elusive points of emphasis which we are now experiencing. And it does look like a circus, and is destructive to us and encouraging and comforting to the libbie-coms.

I say let’s all go along together, adjust the national platform to feature the Constitution, strict construction, original intent — re-educating the public as we go (for so very much about the Constitution has been forgotten or revised).

After we get that back under control, maybe we could get back to bickering over the points of emphasis and other nuances of purity, and eyes of beholders. But first things first: the Constitution, first, last and always; nothing else even remotely matters in any form, shape or circumstance.

Pelosi’s face looks like wax, if a candle got near it she might melt. Absolutely horrifying.
