Required RFID implanted chip Sec. 2521, Pg. 1000 The government will establish a National Medical Device Registry. What does a National Medical Device Registry mean?
National Medical Device Registry from H.R. 3200 [Healthcare Bill], pages 1001-1008:
(g)(1) The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the registry) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that (A) is or has been used in or on a patient; (B)and is (i) a class III device; or (ii) a class II device that is implantable, life-supporting, or life-sustaining.
Then on page 1004 it describes what the term data means in paragraph 1,
section B: (B) In this paragraph, the term data refers to information respecting a device described in paragraph (1), including claims data, patient survey data, standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary
What exactly is a class II device that is implantable? Approved by the FDA, a class II implantable device is an implantable radio frequency transponder system for patient identification and health information. The purpose of a class II device is to collect data in medical patients such as claims data, patient survey data, standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary.

Many believe Israel is the fig tree: Mark 13:28 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When her branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near: Mark 13:29 So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, [even] at the doors. Mark 13:30 Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done. the nation of Israel is 62 years old, and that’s a generation.
I think you are just reading from the section applicable to registered republicans.
Um... the book you refer to is “The REVELATION” of jesus Christ, not “Revelations”.
One more time. /sigh
Semiconductors are filed with toxic metals so you could never get approval for them to be placed inside a human.
Second, you’d have to do surgery on someone everytime you needed to replace the batteries.
....And soon, right after health care probes get inserted, we'll have sattellite traffic control accounts in order to drive cars. Driving infractions will be detected by land based sensors and fines deducted automatically by sattelite communication from your account
and a bio-probe inserted in your body will administer penal justice in the form of Tax Shock Therapy as deemed fit by the Traffic Ministry
no biggie, its just change
The book I refer to is the last book of the Bible.
Hey obambi you know where you can put that chip?
My tooth fillings contain amalgam...an alloy of Mercury.
RFID devices don’t have/need batteries. They convert RF energy transmitted to them into operating energy.

Call me crazy, but this seems like they want a database on implantable HEALTH DEVICES. Like pacemakers or something.
I think this is getting a tad hysterical.
Existing implantable devices are encapsulated. Semiconductors are rarely exposed anyway, they are too fragile. The amount of toxic metals in semiconductors can be counted in atoms; most of chips are silicon and aluminum.
youd have to do surgery on someone everytime you needed to replace the batteries.
Most chips don't need power, they can be RFID. The rest can use a rechargeable battery and inductive (wireless) charger, just like most toothbrushes do today. If the chip is supercap-based it will last forever.
This, however, does not make tagging people any more safe or moral.
H.R. 3200 is July 2009 But it is in the one from march 17 2010 reconciliation bill. http://docs.house.gov/rules/hr4872/111_hr4872_reported.pdf
And that is the correct title of the last book of the Bible. Check it out.
hold on folks, you aint seen nothin' yet!
The language is in the enjoined bill (HR 4872) that was sent to Obama for signature (Public Law 111-152). It’s on page 1014, Line 8 and page 1017, Line 3. The final bill is not yet posted online. Thomas refers you to the enjoined bill.
I am confused there seems to be 3 different bills is the one with all the text?
Class III device
Class II device that is implantable, life supporting, or life sustaining.
Such as heart valves, defibulators, etc. Also records of prescriptions and other records.
It does not mean they are going to implant a chip in us.
