The doctor has a private practice, he DOES have the right to treat people he wants to treat.
It isn't as if he turned away some dying person he could have saved, for political reasons.
Who are the "proper authorities" he'll file with, hah. He'll be laughed right out of the hearing rooms of any medical, judicial, legal or government commissions or committees.
He won't file ANYTHING. His own attorney will tell him to knock off the crap.
