"A spokeswoman from the Florida Department of Health, which licenses physicians and investigates complaints, said Friday there was no law prohibiting Cassell from advertising himself this way.

"Because there is no statute, there would be no grounds for a complaint," spokeswoman Eulinda Smith said. "It would be legally deficient."

The doctor has a private practice, he DOES have the right to treat people he wants to treat.

It isn't as if he turned away some dying person he could have saved, for political reasons.

Years ago, I knew of a tort lawyer in Washington, D.C., who specialized in ob/gyn lawsuits.

When she became pregnant and sought a physician to treat her for the duration of her pregnancy, no one would take her on as a patient.

What goes around, comes around.
