A federal judge in Utah ruled in favor of the CIA in the agency's refusal to release documents regarding the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing.
U.S. District Judge Clark Waddoups Tuesday refused to order the agency to hand over the documents to Salt Lake City lawyer Jesse Trentadue, who filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the CIA in 2008.
The Salt Lake Tribune said Wednesday the ruling revealed for the first time that the CIA took part in the investigation of the 1995 bombing of the federal building in Oklahoma City, which killed 168 people.
Trentadue filed the FOIA request for documents he believes could shed light on the death of his brother at a federal prison a few months after the bombing. Trentadue's brother, a bank robber being held on a parole violation, was found hanged in his cell. Trentadue believes his brother may have been killed by guards who thought he knew something about the case.
The Tribune said the 12 contested documents also contain information about foreign nationals whose names came up in the case.
I take it ... you’re not a fan of Jayna Davis then ... :-)
no connectie de dot
[that could be dangerous]
I thought it was illegal for the CIA to engage in domestic operations.
They would use their foreign intelligence apparatus to get information about the foreign involvement in the Oklahoma City Bombing... doncha know ... :-)
And that memo sent about an hour after the bombing to the OKC FBI from Washington, presumably sent by Jamie Gorelick, which stopped them looking for any swarthy complected guys.
[aka, the wall]

ahhhh. There I go: trying to connect dots. That is a NO NO.
Records request denied for SLC lawyer probing brother's death
So if the people responsible has been either executed or punished, no reason to hide anything. It’s settled, nothing more ongoing.
This just tells me that Clinton hid the middle eastern connection.
My daughter is doing a major project (40% of her grade) on Timothy McVeigh and in helping her research I have found out a lot of things that seem interesting in hindsight.

Gen. Partin got it right that is for sure. Air force explosives and demolition expert. I can’t remember the Congressman that left Congress to push for a Grand Jury probe into the FBI and ATF. Are you a Prophecy Club reader by any chance?
The timing of some events is too good to be random.
Many believe that they were similar.
“Evidence suggests that Clinton knew what was going to happen several weeks ahead of time, and had his speech damning Rush Limbaugh and his Vast Right Wing Militias well ahead of time. That speech, aided by the press, turned the election around.”
Given the events of the past week in Michigan and Obama’s words and rhetoric... this is frightening!! Are they setting us up?
Except for making videos of why TWA800 crashed, "so the relatives of the victims could understand what their lost loved ones might have gone through." A vital task for a foreign intelligence service to accomplish, no doubt.
Interesting... but will we ever know for sure? ... I’m still waiting to find out for sure who killed President Kennedy.

?????????????????????????................................................ I do know from what you speak....is one of my illustrations not coming up on your PC???
Many believe that they were similar.
AND... this is what brings people to considering the 9/11 Truther theories, involving our government and President Bush in the 9/11 attack on the United States, as viable... the subject which is "verboten" here... :-)
Yep, it wouldn’t do to put out information that showed McVee was just a patsy, and that the ATF in combination with a middle-eastern jihad group actually planned the event and provided the explosives (which was NOT primarily diesel fuel-fertilizer). Wouldn’t do at all. That wouldn’t support Obamao’s goals.
Are they setting us up?
AND..., by like-minded and similar thinking -- were we "set up" by President Bush and his administration -- by the 9/11 Attack on the United States, as is said by the 9/11 Truthers?
No, but I did a lot of background reading on the various clinton crimes.
Wouldnt do at all. That wouldnt support Obamaos goals.
Well..., then (if we're going with that type of thinking), we have to go back and say that it wouldn't support Clinton's goals either, since it was his administration that did it in the first place, and then -- we also have to say it wouldn't support President Bush's goals either -- since he never exposed it and made it clear what happened -- either.
That would put President Clinton, President Bush and President Obama -- all in the same basket, in regards to "revealing these things to the public" ... doncha know ... :-)
