PALIN: The point here is that Senator McCain and I agree on the big picture, where it is that the country needs to go. There are so many challenges facing America right now, and Senator McCain has been on the right track trying to get the country back on that track that will lead to more prosperity, more security for this nation. We agree on those things that have to take place in order for us to kind of undo some of the things that Obama is doing and get us back on that right track towards prosperity and security.

PALIN: Absolutely. And that's why we're making a point to point out that Tea Party leaders are not opposing John McCain. They're supporting his mission, too, and that's to rein in the growth of government. Tea Party -- tea partiers, bottom line, are saying, We're taxed enough already, and that's what John McCain is saying, too.
I'm proud to be part of the Tea Party movement. I'm wearing my Tea Party necklace today, even. I was proud to get to point out Tea Party movement participants in the crowd today. They're here cheering on John McCain because they know, at the end of the day, we're all fighting for the same thing. We're fighting for the future of this great country. So he is part of the Tea Party movement. And yes, they're going to be very impacting. They're going to be impacting for John.

Youre just a troll.
TROLL ALERT!
“2008 Hold your nose and vote for McCain, do it for Sarah
2010 Hold your nose and send the Maverick back to Washington so he can work hand in hand with BHO on Amnesty, do it for Sarah
That is exactly the message. Sadly.
The biggest picture,(biggest problem), facing this country is ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION and yes both Palin and McAmnesty want to grant a path to citizenship to the 25-40 million illegals here. Not to mention allowing all their ‘relatives’ to follow suit. The problems associated with illegal immigration touch on just about every aspect of our lives.
Nice.
As I thought, not much substance there.
Did you even vote in 2008?
I’m guessing probably not.
So I guess her endorsements of Michelle Bachmann in Minnesota, and Doug Hoffman in New York 23 are totally irrelevant. Palin’s no RINO, but she is making a big mistake with McSchmuck.
I guess you may have forgotten (or just never heard0 of Palin’s support of Doug Hoffman in NY 23, or Michelle Bachmann in MN. Sure, Palin’s making a big mistake with McLame, but that doesn’t make her a RINO.
Oh no! Right now, based on your message, there is no Republican I can trust. Amnesty is a deal breaker for me.
If she is too damned stupid to understand that opening the borders for millions of Mexican peons is going to keep the Democrats in power from now on then she should not become president.
An endorsement with a wink.
The phrase Pro Deo et Patria comes to mind. It means, For God and Country. That is how our obligations should be ordered. Please notice the total lack of "payback to deeply entrenched political hacks" on that list.
So, what does Palin owe McCain, exactly?
What does it say about Palin if she sincerely endorses McCain ? And what does it say about Palin if she is insincere in her endorsement (in your words, "an endorsement with a wink")?
To agree with Palin's decision to campaign for, vouch for, and raise money for McCain, an honest person would agree that McCain is the best candidate. Only a dishonest person could endorse someone for expediency.
Which is it? Is she dishonest or is this bad judgment?
I don't live in Arizona, and don't know much about Hayworth.
What I do know is that John McCain has a long record of being an enemy of the First Amendment, has shown himself to be more than willing to curtail the personal freedoms of his fellow Americans, and evinces a perpetual ignorance of the free market and conservative values. Unless McCain is about to face the voters at election time, there isn't a proposed law or regulation he isn't in favor of.
I can't pretend to have insight into Palin's motivations, but would prefer to believe that she honestly thinks McCain is the best candidate. I can only say that either way, it isn't a good thing.
Painful but true sad to say.
Palin is a RINO.
Like many of my conservative brothers/sisters I have no desire to support a pro-McCain candidate any longer. Sorry but she really stepped in it this time.
TROLL ALERT!
“Amnesty is a deal breaker for me.”
Me too. Where’s the quote, FRiend?
Hayworth is rock-ribbed, FRiend.
Palin on Borders:
December 2009
Lars Larson radio talk show
LARS: The amnesty proposal that was defeated in Congress in your view, was that amnesty for illegals and would you back amnesty for a path to citizenship, as the current president calls it?
SARAH PALIN: No, Im not for amnesty. Lets ratchet this down quite simply to remember what were referring to. Illegal aliens are called illegal for a reason. We need to secure our borders and I am not for amnesty. And there are humane ways to deal with the 11-13 million illegal aliens who are in our country right now, but if theyre not going to follow the rules, they need to get out.
Sarah Palin supports amnesty for illegal aliens? [”pathway to citizenship” IS amnesty]
http://www.aipnews.com/talk/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=9310&posts=5
So now she has to explain how tough she wants that path to citizenship to be. She has to explain how tough she wants that path to citizenship to be. Or perhaps her subsequent positions are from rethinking the issue.
Palin: We need to close the borders. They are called illegal aliens for a reason and if they are not going to follow the rules they should not be in our country.
Its pretty simple I ratched that one down to the simple answer because its an easier answer than some politicians want it to make it be. You close the borders. You get more agressive about cracking down on the illegal aliens and we take it serious what our border patrol officers are trying to do

Donna, Get back to us when you move out of your parents basement and get a job.
Thank you, he certainly seems to be.
Frankly, though, Hayworth would have my vote if I lived in Arizona, simply because he's in favor of enforcing immigration law.
McCain doesn't feel any obligation toward his fellow Americans, and is clearly comfortable burdening the rest of us with the massive bills. Its infuriating.
TROLL ALERT!
Thanks Donna. Have a great day!
