Interestingly enough, the politicans in CA are dumbfounded on why CA is in such bad economic shape too. They can’t understand that when they created an environment that was toxic to business, the businesses would either close their doors or leave for elsewhere - taking the tax revenues with them. Now Ahnold is out there with these stupid commercials trying to entice people to come to CA for vacations - like that’s going to solve the economy here.

No, it's not in the Constitution. Don't be absurd. I said I hope he loses. By campaigning for McCain, Palin might raise her status in the opinion of moderates and independents. If that happens, that would be a good thing, IMHO.
I will never support legalizing drugs just to save monies, which is what Ron Pauls arguement is from his own lips.
It isn’t about what a person chooses to do under the constitution...it’s the constitution defends me and my family from all the fallout that abuse of drugs creates.
Look at Aphganistan and other countries where the dope flows...their children are fed the crap and we wonder why their ability to reason is so screwed up.
The reason we have so many regulations is Yes, because people show no self control today, nor do they have any concern for what they do and affects on others..that goes from the home to business to governance. Too much freedom in this day without some degree of regulating or outlawing would be chaos...and that would indeed frighten me.
